I already had a mother of the groom dress, but since Covid postponed the wedding over a year, I wanted a new one. The brides mother brought me here and from the minute I stepped in the door, I knew I was in the right place!! Their dresses are stunning and the second I put it on, I knew this was it!!!! I couldn’t wait to wear it and I didn’t have that feeling with the other dress. I received SO many compliments from the guests as they asked me where I got it from! Too bad I didn’t have any of your cards to pass out! 😉. Cathy and Rosie make you feel like part of their family! I will definitely shop their again for all my evening attire! Thank you for making me look so special on my son and daughter-in-law’s special day! I can’t thank you enough!

Mother of bride dress search. Found at this store 8 weeks before wedding when i could try on.-had them call to see if dress in stock in my size. Affirmative and told 2-3 weeks for shipping. I started calling on week 5. Told trust them. Never heard from them always had to initiate phone call. Fast forward to have to go in 10 days before wedding to get real status. Finally sent out -kept getting told out for delivery. Final fitting less than 48 hours before wedding and they had audacity to chastise me for not coming in sooner due to COVID. Only daughter. How would I know to come in earlier when couldn’t try on dress. How bout not believing the 3 weeks out for delivery BS they were being fed. NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. -go to Jackie’s across the street. Know how to talk to customers and dresses are more reasonably priced.

I just went to Annabella’s today and had an amazing experience. They are a very personal set of sisters who make you feel at home. I found a couple dresses I liked but I couldn’t get over the one. Most of them were old school-ish style wise, however there were a few that are absolutely stunning in my eyes. The first dress I tried on we bought. (After trying on a few others)The prices are very high I will say however it differs with every store and boutique.Overall:Found a dress I lovedCustomer service was great (willing to help and checked on you, they made you feel pretty)My dress wasn’t super expensive either and it is simple and elegant.I recommend going there!! :)

Reading these negative reviews is just crazy! Annabella’s was a God send! And Cat and Rosa are absolutely LOVELY. Gems! The very first time I came, they made me and my daughter feel like family. And I honestly WANTED to purchase my dress from Annabella’s because of them. I called and asked if they did wedding gown appointments and was told they did. I spoke with Rosa who asked questions about my desired style and wedding date. We set a 5pm Monday appt and I had the boutique to myself. Cat and Rosa greeted us with smiles and energy. Rosa remembered what I was looking for and already had dresses in mind which she showed me on the mannequins. No questions yet about my budget – just very easy going and professional. Once she showed me a few display gowns that I loved, she told me their prices and asked if that was a good range which it was.While Rosa pulled gowns, Cat talked with my daughter and I. She is SUPER sweet and we talked and laughed while we waited. Once Rosa was ready, my daughter and I sat at the stage while she showed us about 9 or 10 gowns and I loved every single last gown except for one! She was SPOT on! I tried them all on with Rosa’s help and every gown was more stunning than the last. They were patient, engaged and so fun! Rosa paired veils with the gowns and they even dimmed the lights so I could see how the dresses looked under lighting. The visit totally exceeded my expectations. I left in LOVE with one gown in particular, but with a top 4 list. I left letting them know that I’d be going to another known boutique and they were super cool about it. Even said, yes, try on other gowns before choosing!Well, that other place was a HUGE let down. I called Rosa back and she immediately remembered me. I let her know that I wanted THEE dress I loved! I ended up getting the sample gown because the designer would not have a new one in time for my wedding. But the sample was in impeccable condition! I came back in with more of my bridal party for another try on to be for SURE for sure! Rosa made sure to tell me to bring my heels so that I could see how the dress will fall. Cat and Rosa were JUST as accommodating the 2nd time around and we had a great time. Rosa talked with me about alteration options and once again, she was spot on in her suggestions. I said yes to the dress! It was a dream experience.When I went back for my first alterations visit, I took my mom with me and she cried when I tried on the gown. Such a special moment! Once again, SO fun and Cat & Rosa were SO awesome! I had my veil made which I brought with me and they loved it and complimented it. Even told me how to fold and care for it so that it won’t be terribly wrinkled for the big day. I could go on and on! I just love those two!I had two or three more alterations visits and I was beyond satisfied with the results! My final cost was exactly what I was told it would be. Yes, I asked. It’s best to ask and not be surprised!Again, I can’t even understand others’ experiences but mine? I could not have asked for a better one. They will continue to get my business.Thank you Cat & Rosa! I had the most amazing time shopping here with my daughter for her prom dress!!! All of the ladies made us feel very welcomed we were not rushed or anything. They took their time with us and gave their honest professional opinion. The best part is they do all the alterations right in the store!!!! This is quite frankly one of the best boutiques you could ever get a dress from. The staff are some of the most welcoming and amazing people I have EVER been greeted by and they truly make you feel right at home. I’m plus sized so I typically feel very judged when I go to find any dresses for special occasions, but these ladies were nothing short of supportive and wonderful, especially the owner of the shop! I walked out of here with the receipt of an order for a beautiful dress for my upcoming prom and I could not have done so without the staff here! My dress is getting alterations and they make sure to inform you about any possible alterations they can make to your dress, which was a huge help considering the dress i wanted wasn’t originally a high-low, but it was made into one! I would 100% recommend this boutique to any and everyone looking for a beautiful dress ❤️

The sisters that own the boutique are lovely. They were my absolute favorite vendors for our wedding. I came all the way from Michigan to get my dress, after trying on (not exaggerating) over 200 dresses in three states, I said yes to the dress here. Customer service and quality was outstanding. My Mom got her MOB dress her as well. Dont go anywhere else just start at Annabellas you wont be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience with Annabella Boutique! I visited four other Chicago boutiques, and Annabellas had the best inventory BY FAR. I could not imagine how many beautiful wedding dresses they were able to pull for me that exactly matched what I was looking for. I always thought Id have a hard time finding a wedding dress that I would love, and instead I found at least 6. This made my decision very difficult, but with the guidance of Rosa, Cathy, my parents, and my maid of honor, I was able to settle on the perfect dress. The ladies were incredibly patient as I tried several dresses on more than once, and were in no way pushy. Once I said YES to the dress, we toasted with champagne and exchanged lots of hugs. The ladies here really make you feel like youre part of the family.I have very few complaints about my experience with Annabellas. My main complaint was that they have their own tags in each dress, so you do not know which brand/designer you are trying on until you purchase the gown. If you shop around online prior to visiting the store, though, you may have a good idea of which designer you are trying on if that is a factor in your decision. My other complaint is that their seamstress does not work evening hours (most appointments had to be made before 4:30), so plan to take an afternoon off work if you choose to use them for alterations. In the end, I am happy that I utilized them for alterations, though, because they turned out perfectly and they were even able to add an additional layer of fabric between the straps and my body since the bead detailing was itchy. The seamstresss attention to detail was unbeatable!Overall, I highly recommend Annabella Boutique for your wedding gown. I cannot tell you how many compliments I received on my dress on my big day, and how happy I am that I found it at Annabellas.

I would seriously give 10 stars if I could. My boyfriend and I are eloping next month and Kathy and Rosie have been soooooo friendly and helpful, from the very first phone call. They have a great selection and I was very lucky to fall in love with one of the first few dresses I tried. They truly listened to what I wanted. My mom and I felt like family by the time we left, and my first fitting was just as fun. Annabellas is a family business, which I love, as its a good way to support local shops during these crazy times. They also have a great selection of prom, wedding guest, and mother of the brides dresses. I HIGHLY highly recommend them.

If I could give this store a 10-star rating, I would. The positive note on this store is that they make you feel like family, and tell you their honest opinion. Not all stores have great customer service but this store those, and some stores have their quarks. This boutique is not professional, or the best, but they honestly try their best to make you feel comfortable. I found my dream dress here, and theyre able to make the alterations to my liking. For example, they can the dress have long sleeves, short sleeves, of the shoulder straps, etc. You just have to make sure you get your dress before 1-2 months, so they can have it altered in time. In other words, I love how they have different kinds of dresses from modern days to traditional dresses. One complaint I have is that they charge up to $100 for the modifications, but I feel like thats everywhere, and dresses these days cost a wacky amount of money, so their price range seems right there. Overall, I just feel in love with their shop, and let me tell you this, I went to over 10 boutiques before coming to Annabella Boutique. I couldnt be happier. Like this comment, if you agree or found this helpful. I hope more people go to this store and remember all stores are going to have bad comments, but you can never trust what everyone says. Rosa is the best! I wasnt sure exactly what style of wedding dress I wanted, but she has an amazing eye and brought me tons of dresses to try. I ended up finding one that is perfect for me, and although the size was too big since it was a sample, the size she ordered fit me really well and barely needed any alterations. It actually came in before I thought it would! She also stayed late that night to accommodate my friends and I, who were late to our appointment. I am looking forward to seeing the finished product - they also have great accessories at the store.

Utterly obsessed with this place and the sisters who run it. Working with only “not white, non-traditional wedding dress” and “not lace”, as my only ideas, Cat brought me fascinating dress after gorgeous piece. She wanted to be everywhere at once helping everyone, but I felt so special and understood. She found me the most perfect dress I could have imagined, and when I called weeks later to schedule my fitting she immediately recognized my dress and remembered everything I’d told her about my life. They clearly LOVE what they do and have several generations of experience doing it well. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I had gone to Scelebration for a gown, really bad service and here at this boutique it was the greatest. Me and my daughter are husky but the (owners) new what would fit and give us curves. The workers were really nice but the prom dresses were all really old and there were hardly any new styles or anything that looked like it was made before 2005. If you’re looking for a cute prom dress in 2019 I wouldn’t suggest trying this place. Also the heat was broken and it was freezing In there and the sales lady couldn’t take a hint that I just wanted to browse On my own

Service was decent when walking in but the dresses are outrageously expensive. The dresses look great and it is organized. The least expensive dress is $400 so if you want to spend money this is the place. Price is a big issue.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our shopping experience was at Annabellas. Katerina was simply l lovely! She has such a warm, sincere way about her that she put my daughter at ease instantly. We were allowed to browse their selection and try on dresses without any high pressure tactics, which was very refreshing. I especially appreciated the way Katerina make may daughter feel confident about her body and special about herself. The boutique is a magical combination of beautiful decor, unique dresses and family-like atmosphere.

Went in one day with a friend, and being two teenagers, we received help trying on dresses and conversation like adults. The staff was very polite and friendly. We didnt have any problems trying on any prom dresses that were available for my school. Here they keep a list so no one from the same school can buy the same dress, no exceptions. I love my prom dress, it is a little expensive but well worth it. Only thing is we almost finished the fitting for my dress to late, it was done two days before my prom and I received my dress in a huge bag. But I love it! Would highly recommend Annabelle Boutique

This is a family business, and everyone was very nice, and so very helpful. I felt as though Ive know them, and has shop there many times before. This was my first visit to Annabellas. I will shop there again if Im ever in need of any type of formal wear, and would also recommend them to my friends and family.. They were so patient, kind, and have excellent customer service (mind you I came here 3x)!They knew what would look great on me, their expertise is phenomenal, quality of dresses are UNREMARKABLE! Very nice dresses, extremely expensive, and not negotiable. I would go elsewhere for alterations because they say one thing, but when its time to pick up your dress they are outrageous and you really have no other option but to pay the price. They also said that my alterations were outrageous because of the bustle, well lets just say it lasted a whole 10 minutes and then I had to use safety pins.

I came in to get my prom dress and they were the nicest sisters I have ever met. They had an amazing selection. I was a little disappointed because they said I couldnt have one of the dresses I picked out because they dont allow 2 of the same dresses at a school, but they assured me that I would find something Id fall in love with and they did just that. I am hoping this post will save you from dealing with what I had to. Annabella’s is nothing but a headache and their boutique is a true definition of a SCAM. They are liars, give you the runaround, and are unprofessional.This is how my experience went:I usually wear a size 4 and somehow I received a size 10 for my bridesmaids dress. When I spoke to them over the phone, they stated they strictly go off only the waist size of the manufacturer’s size chart…so I guess measuring the bust and hip has no relevancy for a dress.My measurements were bust-35/waist-30/hips-34. So according to the manufacturers sizing chart, a SIZE 10 is bust-38/waist-30/hips-40. Anyone with common sense would notice that the rest of dress would be HUGE with a 3-6” difference. They kept saying that, “We did everything right on our part. We went by the measurements given to us” and kept placing the blame on me (a good trait for anyone who does not want to accept responsibility). They didn’t care that the dress THEY ORDERED was 3 SIZES BIGGER.They kept saying to bring it in so they “will take care of me”…but yet they still wanted to charge me for the alterations. I told them I chose a different seamstress because I no longer trusted them, they accused me and said, “We don’t even have any proof that the dress is even as big as you say it is”. Pictures do not lie. Then she further asked if I have ever been a bridesmaid before. Maybe they thought that is was an important topic to address at this time? Who knows what they are thinking because it’s obvious they just care about money and not customer service nor their mistakes.Annabella’s never apologized about all the stress and additional money spent (my alterations were $120) due to their incompetency. Kat just argues over you and doesn’t let you speak. When you try to correct them, they dodge the bullet so be prepared to deal with a lot of bs. A consistently, dishonest boutique never deserves any customers.

Disgusted. Offended. And mortified.I entered hoping to find a dress for an important gathering. Looking for something elegant so decided to come here. As i entered the owner looked at me, looked at the lady showing another lady a catalog and looked back and me and said Well what are you ladies looking for? I told her i was looking for something elegant, long, and soft colored. Not very extravagant. And she immediately goes Well i can show you our clearance isle, and i think we have some dresses at about 30 at the maximum out back. Shocked, i told her i would like to take a look around. And she followed me as soon as i made my way to the isle, breathing on my shoulder. I told her if i cant be respected and treated as a normal customer, i dont want your service. And walked out. Ive never felt so disrespected. Horrible service.

Two sisters owns this boutique. Paid $750 for my sister prom dress. She measured her and ordered the dress. The dress came back one week before prom and didnt fit good at all. I asked the lady to fix it. I had made the final payment for the dress, so I did it that and on the day of the prom she called me saying the dress was ready. We get there and its not even steamed. I asked them why isnt the dress ready. They so quick to take a payment but cant even do their job. Then on top of that she charged us an extra 70 dollars for alterations after they took measurements for the dress. Whats the point of taking measurements if you not gone order the right size.I would never come back here. Overpriced and unprofessional. Then one of the little girls answered the phone with an attitude. I just paid over $800 for a damn prom dress I think you should fix your attitude before you answer the phone.

I am very disappointed in this boutique, I arrived with a very positive attitude towards prom dress shopping there and when I walked in it was very beautiful and appealing but the appearance was only a cover for the rude customer service. It got to the point where one of the employees was arguing with me and talking me down.There was no respect shown to me when much was given. It was enough for me and the party of 3 (who were shopping for a prom dress as well) to leave the store. I now know to never go there again. If you want to be treated rudely and looked down on then this would be the place to go.

Absolutely AMAZING! Cathy and Rosa are such Dolls. When I first walked in and asked to see wedding gowns they asked me to make an appointment so I can have more one on one time with a stylist and I can definitely see why. Patience is everything when coming to Annabellas because of how popular and busy they are, but its definitely worth it. I did not mind when I was asked so many questions about my style because I know these ladies have been doing this for years and I trusted them completely. Cathy ended up pulling out a dress that I never thought Id see myself in had I pulled it myself. When I put it on I knew this was the dress. I adore these women for their honestly, kindness, and the pride they take in their work. My wedding was amazing and I got compliments all night about my beautiful dress and I owe it all to Anabellas boutique.

I went with my friend right of the bat we werent greeted or asked whether we needed help till 20 min in the store. she decided to try a dress and one of the workers said loudly why is she bothering to try it on if its above her price range she went further and even refused to let her try on the dress. I bought a Quinceneara Dress for my very picky daughter. The owners mother and daughters and all the employees were extremely helpful. They are attentive, warm and very welcoming. I would shop at this store again.Side note. I drove almost 2 hours to that store.

I booked an appointment over a month in advance. When I got there the lady said I wasnt in her appointment book. She then gave me attitude and lightly nudged me. After I showed her proof that I had called she agreed to fit me in. The rest of the service was ok. Her attitude changed and was nice to me the rest of the time. She had walk-ins for prom dresses so it took long before she helped me and even then her attention wasnt all on me even though she had enough staff for everyone to have their own help.

Pricy and the manager was yelling on the phone where everyone one can hear in store. Shocking airing customers business saying I dont care if her husband is a lawyer. Smh...ghetto! Anyways some gowns are pretty...yes... BUT SUPER OVERPRICED! BUYER BEWARE!

First let me tell you I did not buy anything here...yet. My son is getting married this August--I have been to 4 bridal shops, Von Mauer and Carsons thus far along with web searching. Totally lost, disgusted, scared-still hadnt found anything to this point so I decided to stop in and see. They couldt have been more wonderful. The owner assisted me and made me feel so good. She brought me dresses that I didnt think I could wear, made me feel so good, it is pricey but remember you get what you pay for.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! I had the worst experience with them. I cant emphasize enough how awful they are. The two sisters who work there are extremely rude. My mom bought a dress from this store for my wedding, they took her measures. The dress was late and it was a ready only 2 weeks before my wedding. They said the dress was late because of the 4th of July Holiday. They should have take into account the Holiday when they promise a delivery date to customers. Even though they took her measures, the dress was 2 size big for my mom. They tailor only works on weekdays till 4, that means I had to take 2 days off from work and go back all the way to the store, JUST before my wedding. When i complained that I dont have enough time for the alterations two weeks before my wedding, they said its my problem and I can sell the dress online, but I HAVE to buy it from them. They accused me that Im just a unreasonable bride and all the stress has got into me. I NEVER had any other issues with any other vendors, never ever got frustrated with any other vendor. They just want to push you to buy, and once you make a payment, then they dont take ANY responsibility. Everything will be your problem then. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Zero stars if I could. I called about a certain dress my daughter wanted in blue. Rosa told me they had it in ivory only. OK, so then they called me back, said they had it in blue. We wanted blue, so I bought the dress. When it came, it was ivory! I understand mistakes can be made, but she REFUSED to take the dress back! I got stuck in a rude shouting match on the phone with her about it, Now my daughter is stuck with a dress she doesnt even want, out $350. I have NEVER been so angry in my life!!! I dont have $350 to waste on THEIR mistake!! Which of course, they deny!! RUDE LIARS!! NEVER AGAIN, and I have told all my friends about her and this so called boutique!

Customer service has improved each time I visit the boutique . The selection is quite unique and diverse. Because of this, I will always consider Annabellas for special pieces.

Worst service in my entire life. One of the employees kicked us out .. literally. This store sadly was the first store I entered with no price range I was open to anything they have nice from 1k to 6k they had even lower than that ..however we entered the store and the lady in front started with the bad attitude from the first second. She kept asking questions where I obviously said to her Im open to everything let me just look at the dresses and Ill tell you if I like it. However, she was mean the entire time and she kicked us out from the store and slammed the door after, if that wasnt enough.

Terrible, terrible customer service, I walked in twice once 3 years ago for my wedding and just ran out with their attitude and just went there for my sister in laws wedding hoping will have better experience this time and they just proved themselves, first of all they locked all their dresses keeping ugly once out . I understood we didnt have appointment but all we asked if we can look at dresses and she kept saying I have a bride coming in 30 mins and kept wasting time asking same questions over and over again and obviously the time was running out because suppositly she was going to have bride coming in and kept talking to us and all i said since time is running out can you just show us few dresses while you talk thats all i said and she was very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and she said you know what I will not show any dresses and i think that was her original plan and she yelled at us and followed us outside yelling at us and i just remained quiet and calm and history with their fabulous customer service repeated it self and i could not believe it. After that store we went to all other stores and they were all professional and respectful and we bought the dress same day so their loss!!! and if you are planning to go to that store please dont! They are terrible, horrible and mean!!! I cant write enough!!!

It was horrible. This is a nightmare! They are too expensive, the alterations to the dress were all wrong. They have horrible customer service. I actually seen them treat a customer with a disability inappropriately. They were so rude to her and disrespectful. I would not suggest anyone to go to this Boutique!

Small selection of dresses in main store; saleswoman would walk back & forth to other building to get more dresses but I couldnt go look at them. They wouldnt allow any pictures. Every other store I went to in Chicago let me take pictures of the dresses.

I was going to take my cousin here with her daughter so I looked up everyones reviews and I seen a respond from the owner so I decided Im not going . no owner should respond like that your business isnt needed??? Well you are a store and there are women who want their special day special Gotdamn it I would. Such a stuck up response on the owners part Im assuming they are the stuck up bitchs in pretty woman. SMFH learn to be polite to customers if you dont need the business why are you open? Btw I will respond.

I just walked in Annabella to get what I thought would be some help...I was never approached. Was not Asked what I was looking for ..a bunch of old Italian hood rats ...wouldnt go back and definitely wouldnt recommend these sals to rats for business

Annabella Boutique is the most Fabulous and friendly place to shop for your Wedding Gown, Bridal Party, Special Occasion & Party dresses! I had the best experience working with the lovely and sweet sisters Cathy and Rose. I had only 4 weeks until my daughters wedding. I figured it was probably too late to order a dress that takes several weeks. I went in to look for something off the rack. When I came in Cathy immediately greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I told her Im mother of the bride in 4 weeks do they have any dresses available off the rack ? I explained I really hadnt planned on not ordering a dress earlier but I was caring for my mother for a long while, and sadly my mother had recently passed away after a long battle with cancer. She sweetly gave her condolences and said dont worry we will find you a beautiful dress and youll receive it in time. I was so happy to hear that ! I had been ignored in a few other bridal boutiques so this was so refreshing to hear.I told her I like to look classy and glamorous. Cathy selected a few gorgeous dresses.Cathy had a great eye and knowledge of fitting and the best style for my body type. She picked up on my personal style too. I picked one out of the first 3 she chose for me. A gorgeous all over beaded one shoulder mermaid gown. I loved it ..I was a little nervous that I was not going to be able to get the dress in time. Cathy and Rose told me not to worry they would push to get my dress in and altered in time.My dress came in 2 weeks! Im sure it took a lot of phone calls on their part. Rose was great on her suggestions for alterations. Rose had the alterations done in a week. I even brought my shoes and several pieces of jewerly for their assitance with those selections too.Both Cathy and Rose are very professional and awesome at what they do. They both made my experience a wonderful and happy occasion. I have already referred a few other ladies who purchased a dress and loved their experience as well. I want to thank Cathy and Rose and Annabella Boutique for a wonderful and awesome shopping experience I will be a return customer!

Do NOT waste your time at Annabella’s. My experience there was horrific. This horrific experience was given to me thanks to Caterina Vitale who seems to run the store while Rosa Vitale Analitis is the go to person when Caterina messes up (which she messed up this entire bridal party, you would think for someone who went to DePaul University they would have learned something in college.) I knew as soon as I walked in that this place was not up to par. Unfortunately, I did not have a choice due to being a bridesmaid, however, over time my intuition proved right and the bride and the bridal party became displeased with Annabella’s too. (Read on for the full story) We first went in for measurements. I was shocked to find out that they did NOT have a dress to try on at all! I also thought when they took all of our measurements that they would order the dresses using the measurements. This turned out NOT to be true. They ordered almost all but one of the dresses in sizes that were 2-3x the size the measurements called for. They then said we would need to alter them, yet, what was the point in measurements if the dress was going to be more than completely off? Needless to say, they wasted all of our time by making us get measured when apparently Annabella’s cannot read measurements correctly and ordered the wrong size dresses. They also did NOT write any of our measurements on our receipts, weird. I was the last to order the dress, meaning we could finally put in the last order. They stated it would take 16 weeks to get our dresses. We did NOT get our dress within 16 weeks. It was past due what they stated vocally. However, do note that their receipt states 16-24 weeks. Do NOT sign unless you have over 24 weeks to wait and alter the dress. We had less than a week to get our dresses altered for the wedding. As you can see in the pictures posted above, there is a dress that is way too big. The dresses should not be so big that you could make another dress out of it. We called numerous times to see when the dresses would be arriving since it was past the due date. They refused to give us any tracking numbers to track when our dress would arrive, this way we could have the clarity of tracking it ourselves but instead they just told us they would look up the tracking number and call us back. Also, the store gave each one of us a different story line and sometimes they would say that they would call us back the next day with the day they were coming in but truthfully they never called any of us back with an actual date. They blew off any of our concerns as if it was just a normal thing that happens (it’s probably only normal in their store). Having this many problems with any establishment is NOT normal.They lacked customer service because they did not help any of the bridal party including the bride with alterations in regards to the over-sized dresses. There was no compensation or reduced price for alterations. They never admitted to their mistakes. They never apologized to the bride for causing her undue stress. They never apologized to our bridal party. They are unapologetic on EVERY level. It’s no wonder why they are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. If they were, they would have to fix all the incoming complaints that would be filed against them. If I could stand outside their shop and warn every individual walking in, I would!

To bad is not a cero to rate this place, very disappointed my sister bought her wedding dress from this place and they gave her size 18 instead of 14, and want to charge her $350 for alterations, she ordered the dress 3 months ahead and they still charged her $200 dol for rushing and what they did was to just ordered her a very big dress obviously for them to charge another $350 dol. They said my sister loose weight but she didnt the measurement is exactly the same just like the first day she went to try the dress. I will never buy anything from this store again hopefully they enjoy the $2100 dol they took from my sisters. Bcus i found exactly the same dress at Angies Bridal for only a $1000 dol. To me this is a garbage place the just stole peoples money

Ordered my bridesmaid dresses from here in early febuary. It would have been sooner but due to the communication at Annabellas, it all got delayed, basically I picked a dress on Jan 9th and was notified Jan 16th the dress was discontinued. Picked a new dress the next day and wasnt contacted until Feburary 3rd that bridesmaids could get measured. I let my 11 bridesmaid know that I need them measured by the 18th of Feburary being reassured that they take 16 weeks to come in but Its fine cause they will be in around the second or third week in June. The wedding wasnt until July 25th. Everyone gets measured and I am sure of it cause I went on the 18th when the last two girls got measured. The months passed and we get into the second week of June and I do not receive a phone call about the dresses. I call on the 13th and am reassured by one of the ladies there that she looked at tracking and everything should be in by 21st of June. The 21st and the week after comes around and still nothing. I begin to call on a regular basis now being that there is 4 weeks until my wedding. Many times I am given the run around about when my dresses were actually going to come in. Many times I am told I will be called the next day and dont receive phone calls back. I was called July 6th and told they would be in by the end of the week and I waited the whole week like they said and by Sunday, July 12th I had still not received a phone call. It wasnt until Monday July 13th that I received a phone call. For some reason the owner thought it would be funny to call in a voice of disappointment acting like my dresses hadnt come in and then surprise im kidding. I tell my bridesmaids and because everyone has hectic schedules and what not, they pick them up when they have a chance. I went that day and picked up two bridesmaids dresses and leave. The last dress was picked up Friday. Everyone refused to get their dresses altered there because they gave me the run around with the dresses coming in and they didnt want to risk the same outcome with alterations. Out of 11 girls, only 3 of the dresses actually stayed up on the girls before alterations. Everyone elses dress would fall to the ground because they were so big.Besides the dresses being big, they were left with a week to a week and a half to get the dresses altered because of how late they were coming in. I personally did not complain to the store owners when I went because I didnt want to make the experience worse and end in a shouting match without me having my dresses in hand. One of my bridesmaid even mentioned how late the dresses where when she picked up her dress and how they were rushed to get alterations and one of the owners responded they werent late, theyve been here for a week already mind you my bridesmaid was there July 15th to pick up the dress, two days after I received a call that the dress was there. The fact that she lied and believed she would get away with it was ridicolous. The wedding came and passed and I was finally glad the ordeal was over. I was aware that some of my bridesmaids put up reviews on a couple of websites and I let it be. I was just glad to be done with Annabellas. Yesterday, August 12, I received a phone call from Annabellas again asking about the situation. I was so over it and to get another phone call made me decide to write a review also.If I were you, I would look for someone more reliable because I wouldnt risk the 50/50 chance of possibly getting a good experience here. As nice as the ladies tried to be to me, they fact that they lied and gave me the run around was not worth it. My bridesmaids spent over $2,000 here and not one penny was worth their headaches.
