The best Butcher Shop on the Southwest side. Stop going to Peoria they have everthing I need and seems to be alot fresher. You have to check this place out. Always Friendly Service and fresh meat. Love It.

Been shopping with them for about 4 years before they moved to Harrison I NEVER experience bad customer service or bad products from them but Monday I went to buy steak meat from them I literally stay 3 blocks from the store I went straight home got home to put away my meat the meat smells bad 👎 so I took it back to even get some more fresher meat or my money back the owner Nicholas gave me a hard time all I wanted was fresher meat or my money back. They actually lost a customer just because of his attitude towards i will not shop there ever again 😒 and I really did love shopping there just that one time I had bad experience with them but I wasnt trying to make it out of a big fuss I just want fresh meat or my money back n to inform them the meat wasnt any good

All I can say is I’m so disgusted. My butchers fingernails were filthy and there was a roach crawling on the merchandise. Water was leaking on the lunch meat and another butcher was disrespectfully flirting. We deserve better in our community!

The best meat and the best butchers. Make sure you ask for James when you arrive. Hes the best. They literally take a huge slab of meat and make taco meat pork chops or whatever it is you want out of it. Nice!

Oh my goodness nite if you want fresh meat this is where you go to get it, they have seasoned catfish, yummy, they season fresh ribs, polishes, and burgers and they are a wholesale place too! Worth the while!

Theyre meat is always fresh, theyll cut the meat to your liking and the workers are always friendly. You have to get in there early because this place gets crowded real quick.

Nicholas Quality meats is a full butcher shop they cut meat to your satisfaction they have a large selection. of meats that you cant find at your average grocery store the prices are reasonable. You can buy for example a side of beef and theyll cut roasts, steak, pepper steak ect nice family owned business they use to be located in the downtown area on randolph and morgan street

I like the meat here. I could be a little larger, the staff was pleasant and customers were cordial, just wanted a little more space.

The customer service is reprehensible. At these trying times the thing customers shouldnt have to deal with is poor/lack of communication. Your workers lack customer service skills. I WILL NEVER ENTERTAIN THIS RIDICULOUS STORE EVER AGAIN. Convenience is not always the answer so find somewhere else to shop. This store and the staff lacks character.

The meat is fresh and reasonably priced, the butchers are the best especially chuck. This is my favorite meat market, its a 45 min. Commute from where i live but its definitely worth it.

Had the lamb kebab at a local festival. It was juicy and well cooked. Will consider eating at the restaurant.

I first started shopping here when they were at the old location on Randolph and they were A1. It was clean inside and fresh but as soon as they moved everything changed. I have been to the Cicero location 3 times and the third was my last. Every single time it has had a terrible smell and it is very unsanitary. I see workers putting meat directly on the bloody scale without using papers or wiping it down and the chicken wings used to be small but now they are huge. I wish I could rate it less than 1 Star. Their quality sucks now and they barely have what u are looking for. They need to move back on Randolph or shut down. Agealth inspector needs to go check them out. They are terrible !

I havent been to the new location just yet, but I still rate them 5 Five Stars! Mr. Nicholas (I hope thats his name because I airways call him that lol), his son and his wife are very good people! Ive never had nothing less than quality service and meat. Some guys move slower than others behind the counter, but the older black gentleman, the older Hispanic or spanish (not sure of his race) gentleman, Mr. Nicholas and his son are ALWAYS on point! And his wife is always so sweet... gives me a ice cold Pepsi EVERY time shes at the register. I refer this meat store to everyone when I get a chance, see you all soon!

I tried the corn on the cob and the steak shish kebob...and both were amazing! i didnt actually try the restaurant - this was all at the stand at the taste of randolph street festival. that said though, the food is absolutely delicious.
