I was looking for a gift with a personal touch and they fit the bill! Great communication and customer service. They even texted me a pic of the wrapped box before it was packed in ice, and it looked beautiful. They continued to be in touch step by step until the package was delivered. Recipient was thrilled! I contacted by phone at the last minute, and even though they were done with deliveries for the day, Rosemary was extremely helpful in my last-minute request. She walked me through and hand-picked a nice selection of different cheeses for a gift. The gift was wrapped and hand-delivered with nice personal note. This is definitely the kind of personalized attention to detail that deserves more traffic.
