Great staff super nice when under pressure and super rude customers

Customer service was the worst. The cashier was rude threw our receipt on the counter of the register. My sister is pregnant needed to use the bathroom and they denied her of using the bathroom. Due to covid. When they have two restrooms. You go to other dollar trees and they have one for customer and one for employees for safety. But to refuse a pregnant woman a the restroom is unacceptable.

Have all kind of stuff, you always get a deal buying in there.!

Love the management at this site ..... he has a wonderful happy team who everytime I go are actually working and you can tell by the stores shelfs and layout ..... they are always tip top shape and seems like this doller tree gets the good stuff you know the stuff they only get a few boxes of and when its gone its gone well they seem to get it all lol .... highly recommend plus go checkout the makeup area girls they always get some of the good stuff in .....your welcome lol oh and theyre parking is huge wont have that problem here .....

I like this dollar tree it has a good variety. My only complaints are the associates move slow and only have one line open.

I’ve been shopping in this store for the last 4 years and I always felt welcome with the staff, managers and employees were always nice and polite. Lately I noticed that there’s a new store manager or person in charge called Elaine that every time I see her she’s treating the employees really bad and she’s really disrespectful with them. Today I witness something that made me really upset, she was yelling at one of my favorite manager and treating her really bad in front of all the customers and employees. This is something that a store manager don’t do. She really unprofessional and really disrespectful I seriously don’t know how this person still have a job and worse in front of a store. They lost me as a customer... i will never go back there. I feel sorry for all those employees.

This is my 3 time there and they are super rude here. I hate this location and really don’t like how the employees are when you ask a question. They give so much attitude and don’t respond with an answer. So rude and horrible service.

The employees are very rude they always look mad with long faces. Its like they go to work unhappy. Theres only one man that greeds you. The rest are not friendly.The lines are long, to bad because they do have good selection of stuff but when it comes to custer service staff gets a 1 in the scale from 1 to 5.

Well this store used to sell back and body medicine and now they dont, I dont like going to other dollar tree store to get it. Also I noticed that other dollar tree store sell crunchy pork rinds, just hoping this store would start selling them as well.

Customers are careless with the merchandise and its a never-ending battle to keep the store as perfect as conscientious customers would leave it, but the employees make this my favorite location. Greatest store EVER!!! Everything is $1. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well designed. Nice safe area too. Red Baron individual pizzas for a dollar. A must go.

I have been going to the store since it opened. I am followed throughout the store by oppressive people with a badge and gun wanting to know how much I spend I informed the store managers about it and nothing but nothing peaceful shopping for me. I tell the clerks not to call out how much I spend, that falls on death ears. Its not just in dollar tree its everywhere. Just saying. 5/20/2019 Well the activity is still on going at dollar tree they still follow me this time with more urgency not sure what they want other to be a pain they are in kahoots with store employees not sure the reason????? Looking from the outside its over grown childs play. Well I am back in the hopes that things would improve not a chance they have stepped up their oppression on me I have been very patient I do not know what is the reason beware when you shop here or anywhere. June 22, 2019 this location is hopeless cant seem to get out of its own way. They continue to oppress instead of fixing whats wrong I think its hilarious on their intent to subdue what is in their imagination or there of lack of it. I saw you Jackie taking refuge when you saw me outside of the store in the back that is why I say employees in cahoots no lie.....

Today at the Milwaukee Avenue store, I told the cashier who was checking out someone in front that I was going to quickly run to pick up an item from shelve (bottle of rubbing alcohol). It was a few seconds because I knew which aisle it was in. Then there was this women with masculine in a CTA uniform who cut all the way towards the register and politely that my items were on the belt next to be scanned and she said no I was first. I said no I just went to grab something I forgotten for mere seconds. She said no because she forgot something too but carried her items with her. She basically got aggressive & bullied me. And so the cashier and another dollar tree allowed her to be checked before because they were intimidated by her. I said I’d like see your cta ID number on her uniform. Of course she already removed it.

I had a nice & pleasant day at Dollar Tree. I will be going back there very soon~

Dollar Tree is a great place to shop for your necessities. Although most of the food isnt very healthy, youre guaranteed to stay within budget, considering that everything there is $1 or less, unlike most so called $1 stores.

The most racist and discriminating treatment I have ever received from one of the managers! Her name is Jackie! Everything has been reported anyways and cameras are there to prove myself right!
