I love her she always been very patient she show you different ideas. I been going to her for about two years now and her work is amazing. Her shirts last forever. Through prom season she was very busy I wanted to get a shirt made of my son for his prom. But she wasn’t able to take anymore orders so I was forced to go somewhere else. I would never do that again the place I went shirt was messed up the same day I put it on. I know next time to get in sooner I will never go anywhere else but to her. First of all, I’m like 5 years late on this rating, but i must say QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING & well served here. I went here 5 years to get a shirt made, I’ve literally had it this whole time have washed it at least 40 times with bleach & still is in mint condition. My shirt hasn’t faded, shrunk, nor gotten loose over the years. I even went 3 years ago for our teacher appreciation T-shirts, which had the same results. This past weekend I had a Pic-board, custom tshirt, socks, and crosses made. All were done impeccably & ready are my time of pick-up. I love to see black businesses strive, and will continue to support!!!

Stopped by to order a 6ft Standing board, never expected much from customer service, but to my surprise the service was great. She patiently waited on us to decide which photo we should use all while assisting us with how each one would look after being blown up. Thank you, greatly appreciated the understanding during our time of grief.

I had a cousin pass away earlier this year. I needed something to commemorate him so I asked around. Ended up at Think Custom. I discussed my ideas with the nice and honest lady that works there. She gave me all the options and made a couple of suggestions. All I can say is I was overly satisfied with my shirt. My family loved it and now everyones asking for the information. Word of advice, make sure you take a picture of your purchase slip before handing it over to the cashier. If anything is wrong, they will tell you they no longer have the receipt. (This is a “business” how come you no longer have the receipt for your records? ) 🤷🏽‍♀️Make sure to do a thorough inspection on your merchandise before leaving the store to make sure it’s exactly what you ordered and SIZE!Not only was it the wrong size but it was messed up! 😢 It looked like I was given a child’s large instead of a women’s adult large, plus it looked as though someone had been eating while working. 🤦🏽‍♀️ The only solution I was given was to purchase another shirt; when clearly it was their mistake. 👊🏽This really made me uneasy because of the amount of money my family and I had spent here and it’s not good to produce bad business.If you want your money’s worth, go to North Riverside Mall, it would be well worth your money spent. 💰

Dated 06/02/19These lady at the front desk customer service was so messed up she refused my service and told me she wasn’t going to take my order just because I said ox’s the person that normally make our shirts need to get his self together so she refused to take my order and my money after I set in there a whole two in a half hours doing all the paper work and laying out how I wanted me and my family shirts i thought the first Amendment was the freedom of speech i didn’t say nothing disrespectful to her I didn’t curse at her I didn’t do nothing wrong to her I’m so mad right now these shirts was for my granny first year memory of her being dead tomorrow 06/03/19
