Very impressed with customer service. Drove to store and due to honest mistake, product was not available. Paul asked me to take fully assembled unit off the floor to use in the meantime while the new product was being fulfilled. Furthermore, Paul offered to hand deliver to my home. Brian was kind enough to meet my husband and I via private appointment, after I exchanged emails with him for weeks asking when they would be re-opening after Covid-related mandatory closing. We had lots of questions, wanted to try a few elliptical models before deciding to purchase. Brian was very knowledgeable about all model features, benefits, drawbacks, and exercised a much appreciated no-pressure sales approach. Fortunately we found an elliptical we liked, and ordered same day. Brian’s level of service was top-notch and we will be repeat customers as a result!

My whole experience at Precor was great. From my first contact with Manager Brian to Thomas the installer and his partner. Brian was very courteous and willing to help me find the machine I needed. Also helpful with any questions later. Made you feel like the customer was important. Thomas and his partner was very efficient and knowledgeable. My Inspire M1 works perfect. If I ever have need for other equipment, I will contact Brian and recommend everyone else do the same.

Stay Away from the Precor 427 Elliptical/Crossramp. We purchased one on 8/6/20. When it was delivered on 8.18, we were left with a non-functioning machine. A mechanic was sent the following day and he had to properly put it together because the delivery men didnt know how to properly install it. The had scratched inner parts up pretty badly so we requested a new machine. On 8.25.20 Our machine was switched out for a new one and we even upgraded our console to make our machine a Precor 447. On 9.4.20 while attempting to use the machine I got the error message that the cross ramp could not be adjusted. I was given another appointment for the 14th. On the 14th the mechanic was unable to fix the machine and ordered new parts (motherboard and and console). The mechanic returned to my home on 10.8.20 (more than a month went by without being able to use the machine). He wasnt sure what the problem was, installed the new parts, and still couldnt get the machine to work. He finally figured out that it wasnt properly calibrated. I used it a few times then on 11.14.20 while attempting a workout I received the message that it was unable to adjust the cross ramp AGAIN. I will be reaching out to Top Fitness and the mechanic company AGAIN. So frustrated and disappointed with this machine. UPDATE: We are scheduled for the incline motor to be replaced. P.S. Top Fitness has been communicating with me and has been helpful in trying to get this resolved.....In response to Top Fitness, I requested and was given the extended 3 years warranty but I PAID for the upgrade in the console.

Brian did a great job of describing the different treadmill options to us. He took the time to compare the features, describe why each one had a different feel, and give background on why some models were more expensive than others. We were given the information we needed to make an informed choice and we were given the space to make a pressure-free decision on which model for our needs.

Hi we were very happy with our experience with Precor and Brian the manager there. Bought an Air Runner curved treadmill. Brian and his employee were nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I recently purchased a rower from Too Fitness Store to add to my home gym and compared multiple models Concept 2, Water Rower, Hydrow, and Cascade magnetic rower. It was nice to be able to try them all out prior to making the final decision. Nothing like “test driving” your equipment. Buying directly online does not afford you that opportunity, nor do you get any added expert advice, which helped me make a final decision. Both gentlemen at Top Fitness Store are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and honest in their opinions. They are fitness enthusiast and trainers, so they have that component to bring to the table as well. Paul was assisting me from the start and went out of his way to help me through the whole process of decision-making, making sure I could take advantage of the Black Friday sale, and facilitating the delivery of the rower.Prior to fully committing to buying any rower, I went to another fitness store up North, to try a similar rower to the Cascade, the Matrix (a brand that Top Fitness didn’t carry), only to be pressured and rushed into buying one on the spot - given the “hard sell” by the salesperson there. The total opposite of what I experienced from Paul.They have a multitude of high end fitness equipment to fill any commercial or home gym and are just really “good people”!

Exceptional service - advice was helpful and direct, product is very good and delivery was super fast. Product came assembled and the delivery guys were in and out! I was on the elliptical the same day!

I went into Precor hoping for advice - not quite sure what I wanted that would suit my goals and problems. Brian suggested the least expensive piece of equipment that I had requested and had me try it out. He immediately saw the problem with my knee and suggested something totally different. He gave me options and never pressured me to get something I didnt need. He took the time to determine my goals and situation. I left feeling very confident I purchased the correct piece of equipment and cant wait to get started.

The Top Fitness team was terrific. They were patient while it took several months between my first visit when I expressed interest, to an ok Cassio all check in by email to let me know a sale was going on, to full support when I finally pulled the trigger. The team was terrific and the equipment is top notch.

The guy at Precor really took his time with me & explained all the different types & comfort of each elliptical. I actually left there & went to another store because I wanted to try the one I had my eyes on at Johnson & Johnson. I came right back to precor just like the guy predicted and purchased my elliptical. I’m 100% satisfied & im getting my workout in 5days a week.

I just tried calling Precor to get some information about some equipment purchased in the past from their store. The associate on the phone -- Jerome Lang -- was extremely rude, to the point of hanging up with me. He refused to help me, saying he couldnt answer any questions about past orders without me coming in store and showing my identification. This seems ridiculous to me! He was arrogant and almost abrasive while speaking with me. Based on customer service alone, I would never give this place my business.
