I couldnt find gum arabic readily available in any of the stores in Chicago but eSutras had it and I picked it up within an hour of purchase. Great customer service!

I’m sorry that I had to get your attention this way but after calling over 20 times acquiring about my order that was over 2 months ago with no communication/email, I started to worry. Having ordered things online from the early 2000’s, I have never ordered something that didnt come with any form of communication if there was a problem. Covid, yes, I have ordered items during this time and communication was made from other companies; for example, we are out of this item, etc. I feel that I am fair in that if someone communicated with me in any way, I would be sympathetic, especially being a small business. I feel that I have given you ample time to refund my money or communicate. I’m sorry if you were unaware of this, but it is very difficult to contact anyone from your business. I have spoken to Will but he has done nothing for me.
