This place was fantastic! They had a large selection with great prices, I got a vegan protein powder (which is delicious) and I asked an employee about their tea options for a specific ailment, bought both recommendations, and I like them very much. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable, and the owner was super sweet - hes owned & operated the store for over 40 years! He gave me a blender bottle for being a first time customer, and I will definitely be back! Id been looking for a small business health store instead of buying from big corporations online and Im very happy to have found this place :)

Went for the juice bar and the man at the counter was very rude and had an attitude with us. After he made the smoothie he took it away and wouldnt let us buy it and said hed drink it himself so we walked out. Confused as to how this is five stars and everyone else says its great customer service and friendly? Definitely not my experience. Very odd. Will not be returning.

Best Vitamin Store in Chicago! I have been going to lots of stores but this store has more stock than any other store. They also have a juice bar in the back with great, fresh juices.

Huge variety of product. So much it is hard to find on your own, but staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help walk you though store to find what you need. Fresh Pressed Juice Counter in the back of the store.

Ive been going to this herbal vitamin store for the past three years when I was living in Evanston. I didnt mind travel on public transit to get to the store that takes an hour for me to get there. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I dont mind traveling long-distance for superb customer service that goes an extra mile.

They were very nice, very helpful, and very appreciative of my business. Not to mention their selection is insane. They pretty much have all the good pre workouts, protein powders, vitamins and supplements. I hate GNC for the douchey sales-y environment. This is a great alternative for that.

First, a disclaimer: I wandered into the store by chance when I happened to be in the area and didnt wind up buying anything. But Im sure Ill be back since they have anything and everything one could wish for in a health-food store. What really impressed me was the fact that theyve been there for more than 40 years. I talked with the owner, Kim, and he told me they had a much smaller store back in July 1977 when they first opened, and of course have expanded to include the variety of products being sold forty years later. Kim knows his stuff and if I need something, which Im bound to sooner or later, hes the man I can consult with.

My favorite shop for vitamins and food supplements! They know exactly what they are selling and they will always recommend you the best solution for tour needs!
