We had called two other companies that were listed from the manufacturer to provide support for a fan that we needed to order parts for. Heilein Supply was the only company that picked up the phone. Ed provided immediate service and was very quick to answer questions and respond back to emails - plus the price that was quoted was lower than than the other companies that I had contacted. Good customer service is hard to find, but this company excels at it as well as offering great pricing.

I Ended Buying The Same Part On EBay For $65 With Free Shipping To My Doorstep. My Advice To Reader: Do Your Research And Check For Prices Online. Take Your Business Elsewhere.
