Compare to Polar Ice Co. Harris gave me not even half amounts of dry ice. Everytime I order 20 pounds of dry ice. They just gave me around 10-12 pounds. I can carry it with only one hand. Polar ice everytime givev me more than I pay. They usually use scale for dry. I can tell, same price, double size amout. I order 20 pounds. Polar gave me more than 30 pounds everytime even they use scale.

Get my snowball ice and snowball flavors from them. Dope

Harris Ice Delivery has done a splendid job of producing ice. Harris ice is also very community minded and is a staple in NorthLawndale. The office personnel is very friendly and efficient. Some of our hospitals depend on ice from Harris to preserve medicine and organs among other things. We just see the ice cube, but Harris does more than cool your drink! Thank you Harris Ice for being a role model.

Didnt want my business. I wanted to rent an ice box and buy almost 600 bags of ice. Lady on phone didnt care. Would NOT recommend!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE-Janeice (the rep of Harris Ice) literally insulted me. She mocked my voice, ranted about how I wasnt giving her any information- each time I asked a question about how to order ice service for two months. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY THEIR ICE!! VERY CRAZY, AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS A JOKE!!!

They woman who answers the phone is extremely rude. I asked about delivery and she scoffed at having to deliver 20 lbs and hung up on me. 5-25-16
