Worst experience. I came in on March 27th was approved for financing and ONLY decided to go with this furniture store because I was told the sectional I wanted was in stock and I would have by that Monday (the 29th) sectional was for $1800 and a kitchen table for $700 total loan with tax and delivery $2965 I received the Kitchen table March 31st NO SECTIONAL the table was the wrong design and the store refused to exchange or provide any type of incentive now Im stuck with a table that I did not choose. it is now JUNE 15th I NEVER get to speak to the manager TONY, as he is never in. ROZZARIO has no resolution or idea on what is going on and his response to everything is im going to send am email out. they refuse to cancel my loan on witch I have been paying $530 a month for furniture I dont have and for the looks of it will never have.. I am stuck on a loan of nearly 3k with no luck of getting this furniture, a refund or a resolution. I would never recommend anyone to go here. worst experience that I am still trying to get out of... and not to mention their delivery driver when dropping off my table took the liberty to text me after to ask if I was single.. SO VERY inappropriate when the only purpose of you having a clients number is to DELIVER and nothing more.

I was able to find a twin bed set very quickly without any sales pressure. The sales person was very friendly and showed me the three options and price tags they carried and honestly answered my questions. They loaded the bed set in my car the same day at no extra charge. Best experience I have every had. I highly recommend this store. I was so impressed I went back the same day and purchased a box spring for another bed I had at home that wore out. Very reasonable prices and the quality is great.

I just have to say that Rozzario is exactly as he says he is! Honest, hard working, and a man of his word! We had him in there working late because we were so indecisive and he didn’t show not 1bit of frustration! We got our stuff way before the expected arrival! Shop with him! Period!

Do not buy here! They made me an interest-free financing (thats what they told me) and they end up charging me 50% more. They included a finance company to finance the purchase and forged my signature with a 9-page contract that I never read. I was treated by Tony, he said he would give me the conchon box as a gift and he ended up charging me. The purchase was $ 998 and The price to pay was $3100 at first I had to call the finance company to change the financing (Tony said it was automatic that it was done in 100 days and it was without interest) ends up being $ 1,430. Definitely a disaster is justified with stupid things. If a person does not read or sign a contract, they do not accept the terms, but this does not apply to them!

Tony was very helpful and made it work for us.Only that he fails to explain to his customers that you only have 90days to pay off your furniture or the price doubles and u end up paying $3500 for a furniture he sold u for $1400 and claim there was no interest. So u only have 90days to pay off or they taking double the money! Tony be upfront with your customers & tell them everything they need to know.

Amazing costumer Service and flexibility with payments!

Unsavory business practice. The store should not force a buyer to post a positive review before taking the product home. One item from the bedroom set we purchased was damaged at delivery, and they refused to replace the item and advised that a new loan is necessary to get it replaced. As an excuse, they said it is a floor model that is why it was damaged but it was not, set was in perfect condition at the store. We had to settle for a $100 deduction. On a positive note, it was delivered on time.

SCAM. Do not go here! Bought a mattress. Payed in full and for delivery. They took over a week to deliver and the sales person promised next day delivery. I payed extra for it. Still took them over a week. The mattress that came was cheap and low quality and not the one I payed for. I didnt use it. Didnt even open the package. They refuse to accept it back.After telling few friends it turns out that I was not the first person this happened to. Should have known that something was fishy here based on the prices and how the sales person acted.

So I had to move immediately and needed a new bed. Just driving looking for a place, I seen a sign reading Discount Mattress. The customer service was top notch. The experience was great, no pressure to buy, and great 90 days same as cash option. The associate was very professional and was even able to squeeze me in to get my bed delivered SAME DAY. No air mattress for me tonight! I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

So Ive bought a Sectional Sofa and now a bedroom set from them. The price on the sectional was even with other places in the city and the bedroom set I got for about $100 cheaper than everywhere else that I looked. Now I will say this they did not assemble the furniture but on that same note I only paid $50 for delivery and I honestly dont mind putting feet on a couch or dresser anyway. They guys were very polite and respectful to me. They always delivered on the day that they said that they will however I always got the call an hour or less before they were making the delivery and not 2-4 hours in advance. They are good guys just seem a lil rough around the edges but if you tell them what you expect they will try to accommodate you.
