After looking at many other stores in the area, my husband and I bought our DREAM couch here. I couldnt believe their quality and selection. In my mind I had a vision of what I wanted and I saw the perfect couch. (cream, comfortable, deep, fashionable and functional for a family of five) That is quite a tall order! Our salesman, STAN., was perfect. He wasnt pushy at all and he was super knowledgeable. He had both my husband and I laughing and enjoying the process! My husband was concerned about a light colored couch with three kids and Dave T. told us about their cleaning service warranty which cleans any stain that I cant. It was worth the small cost to give us security for five years (and bonus: if we dont use it, we get that money as credit that we can use at the store for another purchase). STANLY. listened to what we wanted and helped us. Weve had our cream couches now for 6 months and there has been no problem with stains and it is as comfortable as it was when we first got it. THE ROOM PLACE has earned itself a long term customer and a very satisfied customer.

Not only did I purchase a mattress that day, but I came back the same week and purchased a mattress for my dad. Marco made it so easy to find the mattress I needed and respected my budget. We had nothing but an excellent experience purchasing a couch set here. salesman ELI. They both were very professional, honest, and did whatever they could to make sure we were completely satisfied. And the delivery of the furniture was excellent as well. The two guys who delivered our furniture were also very professional and very efficient. They removed the old couches and brought in the new couches while making sure they were very careful with all pieces. They put it together and it looks awesome!

Went in search for a new mattress and just had a delightful experience with Eli. He helped me stay in my price range and helped me find the perfect one. I am pretty picky with something that I will be keeping for several years, so to have his patience is just rare. He explained the difference in the mattresses, but like I said most importantly helped me to stay in my price range.

So far everything has been fantastic!! The sales lady KELLY was wonderful and very respectful while we were browsing. She wasnt too pushy or following us around. The delivery came between the promised time frame and the delivery team was quick and efficient. We LOVE our new couch and are hoping it holds up over time.

I had a wonderful experience shopping in THE ROOM PLACE . I was shopping with my 82 year old Aunt, whom I had in a wheelchair. Our salesman, MARCO could not have been nicer. After hearing our needs he pointed us in the right direction, gave us time to walk thru the store comparing pieces and prices that my Aunt was interested in, and checked in on us periodically. Then MARCO did all the footwork himself going back and forth from one end of the store checking measurements on pieces she had seen. He even went as far as carrying a dining room chair from its display and brought it TO HER, for comparison. She is very happy with her purchase and is still talking about how nice our Salesman is!!!

I went in to the store and was helped by ROBERT, I asked to see mattresses that were available now and within a certain price range. He moved very quickly and efficiently. I loved the first mattress he showed me. Upon checking out I was told I would have to wait a week for the mattress, which I was confused by bc I asked for mattresses that were available now. I obliged as everything up until that point was smooth. My order was delayed twice before actually arriving to me 6 days after the original date. Delivery guys took less than 10 min to set up the foundation and mattress, which is great!

I went into the store to find a dinette set. A young salesman named Robert greeted me at the door. After asking questions like, is it for everyday eating, Will it go in a full kitchen or formal dining room, etc. Robert was sooooo patient with me as i was torn between 2 sets. We went in to get bed frames for my daughter and the sales person Eli was very helpful we placed our order and was on our way. A lot of there furniture is on back order so if its not in stock you might have to wait till sometime next year always ask when will it be available

I bought my bed and its bed frame in September of 2018, and in August of 2020 it broke. When I called to about it, the Room Place said that my guarantee expired and to call the company that manufactured the bed frame. I called that company, and they said that it could not do anything because it broke in normal use . IT SHOULD NOT BREAK IN NORMAL USE AT ALL.Please do not buy from the room place. I am very disappointed that my bed frame broke after less than a year. That should not happen at all. The wood is of poor quality. I will tell everyone to not buy from there.

If I can do zero then place know it. This company shame when it comes down to the credit card part whereas charge extra month but would tell you two months later although u have all notifications and speak with the people. Make it worse is u say 0% apr and they still charge interest

When we walked in the store we were greeted by Stanley. We were looking at couches and he showed us everything that he thought we be interested in and then some. THEY HAVE NO DEALS, THEY JUST RAISE THE PRICES TO GIVE YOU A REGULAR PRICE DEAL I spoke to Baltazar and Purchased $3500 in merchandise. My problem is that they make you think that they are giving you the DEAL of a lifetime. Do you really think customers are that stupid? He said he was already giving me three different discounts plus at the end he took an extra $100 off. I told him I still thought it was expensive and he was like If you think thats expensive Come back after Veterans Day Sale and youll see the real price Well I just found out (after the Veterans Day Sale) That the total (WITHOUT DISCOUNTS) for the same Items I Purchased is $3000. Less than what I paid with all those Discounts Im not going to call them and argue with them. Im just never going back to them for furniture needs.
