The food was alright. We were recommend to check this place out by family members, but the place didnt live up to the hype. The carnitas were not as well done as we would have liked and the cashier messed up our order (they gave me a torta instead of a burrito), as well as the order from the person ahead of us. We didnt ask them to change it because we were hungry and had waited quite a bit. Overall good place just make sure your order is correct and be prepared to wait in line.4 stars because theyre generous portions for a good price.

Small counter service taqueria inside the grocery store. Not to be confused with La Traspada restaurant next door.Obviously no ambiance except being a small almost deli like counter inside the store, but the carne asada is fabulous. Had a burrito and husband had tacos. Both with carne asada. Meat was soft, not greasy, and flavorful. Burrito had a lot of meat in it. Very impressed with taste of food items and salsa they give you is also very tasty. I dont know why I havent been here sooner.They only serve basics like tacos, tortas and burritos, but very good!!

The store products are as any other store except their prices are double. The taco stand in the store used to keep this place afloat, now it seems as if they are re-heating day old meat. I have been very disappointed in recent months.

Great place always clean

This place has everything you need when it comes to fresh produce, fresh meats, and quality Mexican ingredients. I’ve been shopping here for nearly 20 years. My grandmother owns a Michelin star restaurant and always gets her ingredients for home cooked meals here. They are very trustworthy and kind. Ive had a few issues with my purchases in the past and they’ve ALWAYS rectified with above and beyond service. Their in store restaurant always has wonderful specials as well. Weekends are packed! Be ready to wait 20-30 minutes for food. IT IS WORTH THE WAIT! Their tacos are always packed with meat. The burritos are filled to breaking point. They’ll even do quality discounts!

I wasnt expecting too much for a small restaurant, but I received good service and good food! The Horchata and red flowery hibiscus drink is delicious too! I ordered the steak burrito and it was so tasty! I would recommend this place for a quiet laid back dining experience.

This market has a hidden (but well known to the neighborhood) little restaurant built into one of the corners. Their food is absolutely delicious and in my opinion is better than the other Mexican restaurant right next door. This is truly a hidden gem. This little restaurant is pretty much take out only and has limited seating due to its size. they take both cash and debit/credit cards. A+

I like their variety of fresh products and meats. But the best part is the restaurant they have inside because the tacos are too delicious.

The tacos are good the problem I think is that the people who cooks sometimes is also taking the money and they usually go back to cook grab the food without washing their hands. I saw them doing that while waiting on food about three times so you eat good...healthy? You may want to think about it before ordering.

Parking is a nightmare, the lot is too small for the amount of customers that visit the store. The restaurant has good food and worth the wait. The grocery store section is fine and well stocked. They have a nice butcher area.

Good fast food for price. In the store and chill. Pork (carnitas) burrito juicy n flavorful. Nice green avacados, crisp lettuce. Hot sauce is decent.

Expect a long and cramped line for walk in orders. Call ahead because they prioritize phone orders over the very people standing in front of the register. Wait time was 25 minutes that day. EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Put the calls on hold or hire more help! Carne Asada burrito tastes plain and steak felt rubbery. Very poor meat quality. Found a hair after 3 bites. I would highly recommend avoiding this dump unless you are with the health department.

Ive been going to here since 2006 and I have to say that time has not been a friend.The decor is lovely but the tacos were so dry I had to drench them in sauce and chewing was a workout. Even the fish taco was dry.Spend more time on the food and less about the updates. People want to take pictures of your food not your neon signs.Im very sad to see that the tacos are not what they once were.Two stars for nostalgia no stars for the tacos.

VERY GOOD FOOD.

Stopped by to pick up a couple items, asked the guy at the deli if they had asadero cheese. Another employee passes by and says, “Quiere asadero el güero.” The deli guy laughed and the two shared a smirk, like they were cool. To be sure, it was a fine display of an innate poeticism that surely cant be taught, but what really stood out is that they were a couple of ignorant a$$hats.The owners must have a sense of the kinds of folks they employ, right? Theres not getting around the fact that its pretty off-putting to be subjected to that kind of thing when youre just spending your money somewhere. Anyway, if you’re white, go elsewhere. There are plenty of Mexican grocers who will be happy to have your white a$$ business.

Ive been coming here for so long. My parents brought me here when I was a child. Being Mexican, you are really picky when finding a good mexican fast food joint. This place is absolute perfection. The burritos are bang for your buck but my favorite is the carne asada torta and the milanesa. But no matter what you get, its all good.

This is my favorite to go spot when I am around this area. Food is delicious and my favorite menu item is the torta de asada. Workers are courteous and probably friendly once you know them. The cashier though thats another story. The chicharrón here is delicious and they have different varieties. This is also a great place to get groceries. Produce is always fresh. I love the bread they have at this particular carnicería.
