There are so many storage places in the neighborhood but America made it easy for me to choose Life Storage.This was my first time having a storage unit so I was pretty lost initially but she made sure I understood all the fees & process properly. She also made it easy to set up my online account, something I also had difficulty with. I HIGHLY recommend this location! America you’re awesome!:)

I had such a wonderful experience at this Northside location! America was so helpful with helping me decide the right storage unit for the size of my belongings. She was very professional when I was dealing with a question regarding my monthly bill as well. I almost thought I might have to pull my things out of storage for financial reasons, but with her guidance, I was able to find a more suitable fit and and it is now affordable for me to keep my belongings at this location.

My husband and I received excellent help from America. She was efficient and guided us through renting a perfect space. She keeps the facility clean and tidy. Give her a raise!

This is my first time renting a storage unit and Im pleased with my choice of Life Storage at 6331 N Broadway. The facility is clean, conveniently located, and has some nice features like two drive-in garage stations for loading/unloading and a drive-up dock for moving trucks. America helped me with a tour of the facility and my paperwork. Shes friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel informed and supported as a new customer.

Wow! Most friendly and informative business experience I think I’ve ever had. America was very warm and friendly; answered all the random questions I had. Facility has a quirky rehab feel common in the city but it’s incredibly clean. My partner is very pleased to have closer space back and I like the ability to really organize my seasonal stuff. I hadnt gone into the facility I was greeted by a very nice lady her name was America she was busy with other customers she had asked me to give her a couple minutes she would be right with me she was very nice and attentive I had waitedand had noticed that the facility was very clean well kept she made sure that I felt comfortable as I waited then when she had finished with her other customers she listen to what I described that I needed gave me a tour she was very professional did not seem rushed after even though I was undecided she was very patient and knowledgeable. Facility is nice but a little dated. America was very helpful in showing me my space and getting me situated. The storage spaces only use/allow cylinder locks which was inconvenient since I only have pad locks.
