I wish there were zero stars.I had a reservation for today at 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:28pm and the office was closed (except the office is supposed to be open until midnight).There was no truck there for me.After calling customer service, it was explained to me that the apologetic operator had no idea why no one was there, but I could transfer my reservation to the office 2 miles away.At $1.49 per mile, that’s 6 extra bucks. I asked if I would be credited for the 6 bucks since it was further away than this location, and told no.So... there you have it. Maybe we are open, maybe we are not. Pay us the additional miles, plus the inconvenience of pickups and drop offs further away.Have a nice day!

Shutting off your rental contract is impossible. They tell you you must appear in person, yet nobody is ever at the location. They sure make taking your money and getting access to storage quite easy through the website, but its a roach motel.

This place says its open 24 hours EVERYDAY. I showed up, and NOBODY was in there. Doors were locked. Why in the bloody hell does it say open 24-7 all 7 days a week?! Came back the next day to buy boxes and some chick opened the door saying we have to go to another uhaul because that place was only for storage..We sat in the car and looked at the building it said MOVING SUPPLIES in huge black letters..So stupid. I would have given this place 0 stars if i could.

Hell no this people over charged me bogus. when I got to the truck it had some miles I took picture I only used 11 miles @ 69 cent per mile supposedly this ppl talking about I did 30 some miles nd I was to pick up at 7:30 pm I was there at 7:10 didnt even got to the damn truck till 8:30 nd I was to turn it back at 9pm nobody was there to help the self checkout its suppose to be easy nd its more complicated than nothing when I was doing the self check out it kept on saying I was at wrong location to pick up when the email they send me clearly said to pick up at foster location. I was told the location will be open nd when I arrived it was close. There was nobody there to help at all. I had to call some guy name Michael who had to send me a text message so I can do the steps on that location. Horrible service next time ill just ask someone picking up metal for help cuz Uhaul people over charged

Uhaul corporate tried to screw me over, these fine local Uhaul owners helped me out a great deal. Call them directly for the easiest renting experience.

Do not rent the storage units from these people.. if you are not planning to use the until the full entire month this place will not or does not do pro-rate they expect you to pay a full month no matter if you only use it a few days.. bad company rules and bad customer service.

Do not call during early afternoon hours. Called numerous times... phone rings a couple of times or just keeps ringing, then you hear a hang up.

Place has no one qho can assist you with your rental beware.

Driving the truck was jarring but mainly cause I dont trucks.

The sign says they are selling moving supplies but once you get to the office area, there is no manager on site or even a notice to say they have relocated.

Easy to rent from, quick and awesome.
