This is THE BEST SHOP in Chicago. I highly highly recommend this place. I have been looking for a good quality shop to do a muffler delete for months now and this is the only shop with reasonable prices that was able to do so. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was as I liked and even took the time to explain to me what they would be doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Ill be going back to delete my resonators soon!

My experience with this shop was the best Ive had in years. The customer service was above and beyond. The receptionist was very friendly. She kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and the price was fair. They even did some things I didnt ask which was something I rarely experience with mechanics. I will definitely do more business with Aztecas.

Took a chance on a new spot and I was not disappointed. The mechanic took his time to lift the vehicle, walk me through the repair, and give me a quote. I really appreciate the fact that they even went out of their way to weld new heavy duty mounts to my jeeps muffler, even though it was not necessary discussed. I did not have any expectations rather than finding a good and honest shop to examine my car muffler issues. I came in the shop mid late Saturday afternoon, and briefly described my car muffler issue to the front desk lady; the shop seemed busy, and Beatriz (front desk lady) told they can take a look at my car in 15 minutes if I want to wait. So, I waited outside, since it is a gorgeous sunny Saturday; then Jacob came and asked me for the car key. He took the car up the lift and examined it. Then, Beatriz and him showed me the muffler issues in details, and explained to me how everything works, which I greatly appreciated it (I can drive but have little knowledge of how these mechanics work).After Beatriz has already given me the quote, and Jacob pointed out to me couple other things he can fix. I was worry of additional costs, but Beatriz said Jacob can fix those additional pipe issues at no cost.It was pleasantly surprised, and little thing like this highlighting Aztecas is care and honest shop. Theae qualities are hard to find nowadays! You should give this shop a try, when you are looking for a reliable and honest place to fix your car.

They are so professional, everyone their were extremely friendly and helpful, Car broke down blocks away and had to get pushed so I called right before closing and they waited for me, The guys there even came out to assist with pushing my car inside the shop. I eventually needed a starter put on, it didnt take long at all and the prices were good as well .Definitely will go back for any more work if needed.

Rogelio and Juan exceeded all of my expectations. After having a bad string of luck with my car (just had a new alternator put in somewhere else) I was very stressed that I had an exhaust leak to take care of. They were more than willing to accommodate my situation and are probably the most fair and honest prices in Chicago. Rogelio is the most compassionate manager in the auto repair business I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. He sincerely cares and will go above and beyond to help. I got an amazing price for a job well done. Good luck finding a better deal anywhere else. It probably doesn’t exist. I’m always going here from now on and telling all my friends. First time visiting Aztecas Mufflers today due to having problems with my catalytic converter. Once I arrived I was quickly acknowledged by an employee named Roger, who is bilingual in english and spanish, and even though he may look young he was very knowledgeable with his line of work. Roger explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle and why. Then he explained the process of how he would fix it and how much each piece of work would cost. Once the job was done, Roger was polite enough to call me over to check the work that was done to ensure I was satisfied. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT DONE TO MY VEHICLE AND THE PRICE WAS DEFINITELY FAIR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Mr. Uriel looks like a nice guy but he is not a trustworthy mechanic. The second time I took it for an oil change. There was a leak so he addressed the problems and I pay it for it $$. One week later my car is dead cant drive it. I have to pay for a tow truck so he can diagnosed it. No thank you. I paid enough for his services. Ladies let a man take your car in.
