Great customer service & great rugs! I was looking for a specific rug color and size. The Rita Team spent time with me in store to make sure I was happy. I was able to see it in the space before I bought as well. I ended up buying 2 rugs that look amazing. Very happy!

Rita has a large selection of area rugs which was very helpful not knowing what exactly we wanted before purchasing. Plus, they do a great job of explaining options and differences in the various rugs. We bought an area rug for our living room and are very pleased with it.

Very accommodating and very honest. They tell you exactly if the rugs are not the best quality. We bought our rugs but didn’t like them and they tell us they can refund the money right away. The owner suggested other rugs that could work better for our home and even offered to take the rugs home with us so we can try it for a week or so. Priced right and they tell you right away if price is negotiable or not. Very rare you can find stores like this one. I sure enjoyed talking to Shawn, the owner. will be back here for more. I highly recommend this place!

Great family-owned business with excellent range of prices and selections. Sean and his crew were very patient with me and my decorator as we looked at just about everything and changed our minds maybe a half a dozen times. When we narrowed it down to two, Sean let us take our preference home so we could see it in the space. It was gorgeous! (I would have posted this review sooner, but I’ve only just moved in to the new space, and wanted to make sure the room was put together first.)

My wife and I bought a piece of art tonight at Rita’s. It’s a beautiful hand woven rug from Pakistan and we got it at an amazing price. This is a family business where Sean, the owner, was absolutely excellent to work with. They have the best inventory in the city. We will only buy from Rita going forward.

After searching online and in a few other stores, i was thrilled to find exactly what I needed, then take it with me to try in my home. I went into Ritas looking for a rug for my living room. I was immediately approached by Shan and his assistant. Both were eager to assist me. They went right to the pile of rugs they thought would be of most interest to me. I showed them what my living room looks like and they offered suggestions to me. Shan has very good taste. I had been looking for a 9’x12’ oriental rug and matching runner, for several weeks. When I visited Rita Oriental Rugs; Dileep was patient and helpful; I was particularly taken with the range and quality of the rugs in inventory. I described what I was looking for and Dileep, who must have a photographic memory for where each rug is in the store, told me he knew exactly the rug that I was describing, and he dug deep into a tall pile of rugs, and pulled out a rug that was exactly what I was looking for. Cost is an important consideration but Dileep arranged for a very fair price. He and his assistant delivered two rugs to my home that very week. The rugs are perfect. !The customer service and quality made the decision easy!

I visited a few of the rug shops near Lincoln/Belmont, and ultimately I found that Rita had what I wanted and I didnt have to bend my budget to get it. Store decor/size was pretty standard for a rug shop, but the owner was very impressive. I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to find the style of rug that I wanted and also have it be in my price range. I wanted a pretty specific style (Kashan) and was pleasantly surprised that he had a few options of that style in stock at a price that wasnt as astronomical as some other stores. Once I saw the rug I wanted, I was also relieved to just be able to look it over for a while without feeling some kind of intense pressure to buy it. It was about as stress-free an experience as one can have when shopping unfamiliar big-ticket items. Rita was the last place I stopped, but easily the best place to go. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice rug.

We gave them, for cleaning, a beautiful oriental tapestry rug we bought at Bloomingdales. They ruined it. It came back shrunken and unusable. When we picked the rug up, they brought out the wrong one and unrolled it for us. Puzzled, we told them it wasnt the right rug, then they brought out ours. Later, when we realized it was ruined, we figured that they were trying a switcheroo because they destroyed the original.

I visited Rita rugs after visiting several rug stores in Rivernorth. Not only did they have a great selection, but most importantly they were very nice and extremely helpful. Shan picked out the perfect rug for my space and color scheme and took the time to answer all of my questions.I never once felt pressured to buy. Shans first priority was that I went home happy with my rug.If you are looking for a rug I would definitely visit Rita rugs and take a look at their fine selection.
