We stopped to get gas going to Ok City. My husband also needed to use the rest room. The very rude,hateful women told him no he couldnt use it. Even though he showed and told the women hes handicap (He has Crohns disease). What she did was illegal and goes against American disability act for A DISABLE VETERAN. Her comment was she didnt care. You need to get your employees in line before she gets you sued. We were there on 10/19/21 @ 8:49 am.There is no reason for her to say and act the way she did. You are losing business because of her, military community is not that big every one knows each other.WORD OF MOUTH CAN MAKE YOU OR BRAKE YOUR BUSINESS.

Employee Harley, very rude and beligerant..Im 50 yrs old and brought my 19 yr old daughter in, couldnt buy cigarettes for myself because they were afraid I was buying them for my child🤣..said it was a Caseys policy..They also didnt have spoons for another customer..I left without cigarettes, a tank of gas, and drinks and snacks for our road trip back to Tulsa..I called and spoke with the manager today, now I get why Harley doesnt give a rats behind about Caseys customers, because her boss doesnt..I worked for Conoco for 3 yrs..I have never heard of a grown adult being unable to purchase tobacco because they brought their child in with them..And the customer service at this store is completely lacking, from management down..Caseys corporate please deal with this store..

I stopped for a soda and my husband grabbed some chips. Our total was $2.92, then right at the end it changed to $3. She charged me $.08 for a charity I DIDNT APPROVE a donation to, or was even informed about. Heres the deal, it is $.08, but that was my money that I did not approve the purchase of. And THATS STEALING.

Short haired husky lady was very rude. Handed me the wrong cigarettes and wouldnt exchange them for the correct ones I asked for because I walked out of the store already. Was rude to another dude in the store as well. Really suggest correcting your employees to do their job right.

Price on the pump is $0.17 more than on the marquee. Double check before wasting your money here.

Shes so ugly, the only way they could get her to get up in the morning was to throw Circle K is pretty much your typical quick shop and convenience store. They have a wide selection of items to choose from, including several different types of soda, beer, sandwiches, chips, snacks, candy, and all those last-minute items you might need. If youre looking for a quick snack, come on by.

Card reader is always not working in the store. Very inconvenient!

Prices are way to high I do not recommend service is horrible. People are rude store and parking lot disgusting be best if store was shut down very disappointing experience. Will never shop in another circle k store anywhere

Everytime I come here to get diesel here it takes forever to pump . I pump usually 150 gallons 3 times a day . This is ridiculous with the oil industry in this town . You think they keep there stuff running right ! Its Everytime I come here . Keep in mind we bring a lot of business including the other oil workers . I will make sure to go somewhere else for now on as well letting everyone know to not go here . We even get dirty looks and employees mad cuz we have a little dirt or mud on our boots .

Love this place we get gas & snacks here, the coke is adjusted balanced (coke syrup & carbonation)just right, ice is good too, love the beefy hot dogs meal deal, (hotdog or any grilled item, with chips & drink), are real good sometimes get ketchup & mustard or chili & cheese sauces, the service clerks are friendly, helpful, last visit I got nachos with chili & cheese sauces. my only suggestion is find another way to dispense the chili & cheese sauces, instead the machines the now use are hard to aim just right where u want place the sauces end up making messes, instead put them in a hot side of condiment table with little scoops like the cold condiments will allow applying condiments right places, way, less messy to food items. thank u folks at the 4th street/ hywy 81. Worst customer experience ever. The olderady with a pony tail, Jean, was rude and dismissive to me and spent her time on her cell phone without offering to help me out. I also did not like the way that she treated her employers, as she acted like a total jerk.This is not acceptable behavior and I refuse to shop at this place ever again
