Awesome experience. Our customer service representative was Jay in the Chicope, Massachusetts store. He was very helpful and honest. Im switching from Verizon Wireless due to service problems. Jay took the time to answer all my questions and I didnt feel rushed at all.

Staff is friendly, pretty good selection of phones. They like to push Samsung and iPhone. I am a like bit crazy about phones. I read specs on all the new phones coming out. The staff seems a little under trained on phone specs and trying to compare phones. Over all its a good place to get a phone just do a little research before you go or they will just tell you to get what they are trying to push at the time.

I visited on Black Friday of all days lol they were busy as expected the staff was calm and pleasant took names for the waiting list and kept things moving along, I must admit it was all very smooth! We were serviced by Joshua, the guy is fantastic! He knew his products the deals and what was best for our needs, he was friendly, professional and attentive like we were the only ppl in the room,I was VERY impressed! Thank Josh for the great service and thank you T-mobile for hiring such professionals it was a great experience! And I love my new iphone😊

Customer service is very attentive and helpful. I just went to put a sim in my phone for a second line and sales associate checked my phone an made sure it was working on the network and informed of the latest deals. Thanks T-mobile!

My Uncle and I went there today. We talked to a guy named Junior. Best person you could deal with. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Never fix any kind of problem you have. Theres always an issue with them like they giving free service.

Everytime i go there I have issues. When you call and yes they take the payment then you get there and no they dont, every single time, Im glad we switched to another carrier
