Good experience, Donald greeted me and answered all questions and helped accordingly. I have had experience with this place in the past where they said one thing about how much more the bill would be when it comes in but it turned out to be more than what they said when I actually see the bill. I’m hoping this time it’s accurate in terms of what they said it would be. Good discount and good product so far as I don’t usually jump to the latest model of phone but Donald was a convincing sales person. Donald and the other gentleman working with him that day laughed at my jokes so that’s some good customer service added right there. Top notch fellas!

I have been Verizon customer for 20 plus years. I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S20 FE last week. I pretty much new what I wanted, but the salesperson I had was very helpful in closing the deal. Made suggestions on what was best for me and my phone. I am very pleased with the results. I got what I wanted at a price I could afford. Thank you again Anthony from the Chicopee store!!

I take a while to spoke someone because only one worker, but one employee who come from the back of the store was nice he explain to me or offer available thank you hoping they get more employees and merchandise because they have great deals and Verizon its a nice company.

If you live in Chicopee don’t bother with Verizon for cell service because you won’t have any service in Chicopee, same goes for Sprint.

I had a great experience with Marquis dealing with my phone. He resolved issues In a matter of minutes. My experience at Verizon with Marquis was calm instead of the anxiety, I dealt with at previous stores. I recommend anyone who has a problem to see Marquis.

10 out of 10 experience at this store. Go see Marquis! He made upgrading my phone painless and easy. Smooth transaction very friendly and helpful. He also stayed late for me and if that’s not excellent customer service I don’t know what is. Ask for Marquis!

I have been here on various events with my Grandfather, and I have to say, for a Verizon Retailer, there is not much that you can inquire about. For the most part, you wouldnt find any issues with these people but theyre an independent franchise, so they dont exactly quite represent Verizon as a corporation, regarding Customer Service claims & support. Theyre far more interested in how much money you have to offer, however.

Great service! Super helpful and knowledgeable! They are under new management and the owner took the time to save me money on my bill and got me 2 watches with out my bill going up! The store is clean and neat. I read all the previous reviews, I dont think I would ever have a problem in this store. All the previously mentioned employees that were rude or sneaky are not there.

We already knew what we wanted when arriving, the service was quick, and Don had all the answers to all of our questions. He was pleasant, helpful, and very patient with all of our questions. Terrible customer service. Went to pick up a phone I ordered online and when I got there I was the next customer to be helped. Other customers walked in after me and were helped before me. When someone did acknowledge me, I told them why I was there, showed him my emailed receipt. I was told he didnt have the phone. Then, he somehow found the phone but wasnt sure how to handle the sales tax that I had already paid. I had also purchased a bundle pack and was told he didnt have any of those items in the store. I walked out without the phone. Called Verizon and canceled the order. Very poor customer service.

I placed an in store pick up with Verizon. When I arrived, I was told the systems were not communicating and they could not complete my pick up so I had to call and cancel my order. When I asked for the number to cancel, I was given no help at all. When I finally found the number and cancelled and placed my order here, I was not told that the prices for phones are different here than at Apple, Verizon, and Best Buy. I even questioned why the sales tax was more than the number I was given on my original purchase with Verizon. Still was not informed that it was because the total device price was higher and this did not cross my mind as a possibility because the phone at all stores was the same price. I realized when I looked at the receipt. When I called Verizon corporate, they matched everything and made it right. We also found out my device dollars were applied to the line fee not the device itself. Highly dissatisfied, will never come here again, and will steer everyone I know away from this place.

So 2 times this store has stolen from me 1st time I went I to pay a bill the kid pocketed my money and stole a bunch of phones fromfthe store. from what I was told he was fired and throw in jail. now this time my wife went in for a early upgrade on a iPhone. they kept her old phone and never sent it in, so Ive been getting charged this whole time for a device I no longer have in my possession. The people in the main office have since credited my account and are doing a extensive investigation on this store and are deciding if they want to close it or fire whoever did this .Thanks for money out of my pockets, hope I dont find out who did it.

Buyer beware. I was initially skeptical that I could upgrade and come out paying less. Sales rep assured me that would be the case. Previous to any changes to my account, I was current and on time with each payment. After changes in mid October and an on the spot payment of $280, I’ve had nothing but problems with the service and the inaccurate billing. The automatic billing was not processed correctly, leading to back to back expensive reconnect fees etc etc to the tune of $590 by late November with another bill due in early December. Call VZ customer service twice for an hour or more each time and the result is effectively over double payments for October and November. Talk about buyers remorse. Can this be undone? Good luck.

Never buying a phone here again. My phone retailed for $769.99, they initially tried to charge me over $900 and then told me they would honor my “discount” to $770. I was then charged TWO activation fees, and they added a protection plan to my bill without telling me. Service took HOURS, they were not apologetic for their mistakes and offered no discounts — two days prior they had told me I could have a significant discount if I picked a different color phone, and another discount if I came the night before to pick it up. They aren’t actually a Verizon store, they’re a third party retailer, which isn’t clearly marked. Would suggest avoiding at all costs. My bill is all messed up and I need to go through Verizon to get things fixed.** you’re also subject to an additional $20 “set up” fee because it’s a third party retailer. Even if you only pick up the phone and have it activated. They didn’t transfer anything from my old phone to my new phone.** I was not asked if I wanted to add a protection plan yet have one charged to my bill as well. They are sloppy and work off of commission. Go to an actual Verizon store instead!

This place is incredibly shady. They snuck 2 fees for a Ready?Go! Package and REDUX Membership onto our bill without asking us if we wanted those services. When I called, they said they were standard upgrade fees charged by Verizon. When I called Verizon, they had never heard of these and said they were not authorized fees.Will be disputing via my credit card company. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Came to get a manufactures warranty claim they would not do the claim. They literally tried to get us to pay off the phone or set up another line so they could sell us another phone. They are not an actual Verizon store but a third party store that sells phones. They are one step up from the kiosk at the mall. You are better off just calling customer service. Dont waste your time with them.

Do NOT go here. My phone was stolen and they took advantage of me needing a phone quickly. They charged me $210 more than the phone was worth on the official Verizon website. Plus, they required I purchase insurance for 3 months, which a rep on the website said is not a real Verizon policy. Now they want to charge me $65 to return a phone I have had less than 24 hours.

Agree with the previous review, these guys are liars and scammers. Pushed a phone on me after two questions without finding out what I really needed. When I wanted a larger memory size that they didn’t have Brian blantantly lied and told me that I could return it at any Verizon for the size I wanted, important because I was from out of state. In the meantime they overcharged me by $100. After getting home and driving an hour to get to the correct store to try to exchange it, they refused to honor their written return policy, much less what Brian had told me to my face in the store, and claimed that I could only exchange the phone with them, meaning I would have to mail it to them and wait for them to mail the correct phone back. Thank god the store I was at and Verizon Corporate office took care of me and returned the phone and refunded my money from corporate because this store refused to cooperate. They are not incompetent, they are outright malicious and will say anything to get your money and hold onto it at all costs.

Scammers and liars!!!! Where do I start????!!!! So called district manager-Tonny P yelled at me in front of all the costumers, employees and my son, because I went back the next day after purchasing a phone that is worth about $200 less what he made me paid for. He added all kinds of charges without informing me....so I went back asking, pls explain each charge...he became very agitated...angry and started screaming at me in front of everyone.I wanted to return the phone and he said I wasnt allowed and should have read the policy. The policy CLEARLY explains you have 14 days to return a new phone.I felt discriminated and humiliated against because I am Eastern European woman that speaks with an accent.I have never been treated so poorly in my life.Pls, do yourself a favor and go to other Verizon stores...even if you have to drive a few miles extra.I am talking to my lawyer....see you in court district manager

Outstanding customer service from Ashley who set up my new gmail account on my phone which i needed for Uber and Lyft( in fact she suggested I add Lyft as well) and all account info that i would need to summon Uber and Lyft.... Since I was totally clueless about phone operation, she patiently showed me everything.... Ashley was super super great at patiently waiting on me and setting up my needed apps and passwords.......

This place is total mess!!!! I went there to switch my number att to Verizon because I was having service issue with att! they set up my 4 phones and charge $140 under activation fee but reality is it was a set up fee! and never mention anything else 20 days from that I had bill Verizon and also had $120 activation fee and when I called to the Verizon customer rep. telling me this store totally separate from Verizon itself and they can charge whatever they want this is exactly what she told me also I complained about no service at home and they had my infos to give me a call about the issue but nothing!
