Those other rental companies slide in hidden fees and with Rent-2-Own its straight forward, no hidden fees, and no outrageous prices. Chillicothe Rent-2-Own is such an amazing place to get things from when you don’t have the money up front! They work with you if you need extensions on a payment they will help you work something out! The case managers are amazing too! Jennifer has been the one to help us out so far and she has been a huge help with working around paychecks! Thanks for all you guys do! I’ll shop with you guys whenever!

Difficult for self employed individuals and independent contractors to make it through all the paperwork needed to be eligible. Seems to work great for those that get a regular paycheck from an employer, however.

Really awesome a group of people that really do their best to work with you to see that you get good high quality service. A lot of people are against places like this but they have saved me many times. There have been times that Ive not been able to make a payment when it is due and they really do their best to make sure that Im able to keep what I have gotten with them. I would recommend them 10 times over Aarons. Just for the simple fact they go Far and Beyond to help you and to make sure you have nice stuff.

If you rent to own something from there you end up paying five times what it should have been to begin with. The only time I have ever gotten anything from there I walk in with cash and walk out with the product because Im not going to overpay for something just because its called rent to own

Wonderful is all I can say. I have been a customer since they opened up their store in Hillsboro. Jason was so wonderful today on Tuesday June 19. And was early and such a wonderful man. If we have any more deliverys I would like for Jason to be the one. So very helpful and kind. I love this store. Ashley is such a wonderful and caring person. She takes care of her customers. I have actually had a good experience so far and have been dealing with them for a couple years. They have done good and when I say no they havent pushed. I know you pay more but if anything breaks it can get fixed and if something happens you can take it back. So all in all good.

I love rent 2 own, I have bought almost everything in my house from there over the years, so much that Im a Gold member, I love the staff there, they all our amazing, they care about us as people not just trying to sell us stuff, I never been miss treated and always fill very welcome there, if I want something and they dont have it, the staff makes sure they find it for me. they all the best staff every and Im proud to say they are my second family and they treat me as there, great job to all the staff, they deserve a special award for being the best.

I never have any issues when I come in the store Katy Cydrus always makes sure im well taken care of... no matter what my issue is she fixes it and helps me out. they are a great place to do rentals from and if you dont like your rental they always figure out a way to get a rental you will like. I have been here for almost 3 years with no issues they couldnt fix. I highly recommend this store.
