This store has exceptional service! From the time I walked in the door to the time I left I had nothing but the most amazing service! All the people who work here are friendly and patient. They helped me with my malfunctioning device and showed the most compassion while doing it. I will return to this store and this store only because of the quality service I received here!

Our experience on AT&Ts end was amazing. Specifically a store worker named trey. Such a sweet employee and the patience of a god. We were struggling to get my previous phone unlocked and he was the biggest help he could be and dealt with me and my mother for 3+ hours and did not once get tired. Super big help and made things as easy as he could.

My experience with Tim was amazing. He was super helpful making sure I got everything I needed. He was so kind and made me want to come back to this store specifically even though I dont live in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

We spent 3hrs in store to try and get assistance because they would not send the second watch that we paid for. We had receipt showing we already paid for the watch and they stated that we had to pay more. We then cancelled the order on the second watch and after 40 minutes with the customer care number which is 611 our problem was solved and we will be receiving our second watch. So if you have problem save yourself the trouble and call the 611 number.

The workers were extremely helpful especially Kyle, Trey and Dakoda. They made sure we never had to wait on them. They stuck with us until our problems were resolved.

I normally get so irritated going in to phone stores, but all my friends told me to go to the Chillicothe AT&T store and ask for Tim. Im soooo glad I listened!! Tim was amazing! I purchased a wireless phone charger and the AT&T store in Chillicothe Ohio about 2 1/2 weeks ago. The charger did not ever work correctly, charge my phone for about three hours and then it would go dead. I have a brand new iPhone max pro so it wasn’t my phone it was the charger. I took the wireless charger back to the AT&T store and they told me that I cannot get a refund on it or they wouldn’t even give me a new one. The manager there was not pleasant did not help me in anyway and basically just blew me off. I will never buy another accessory there and I hope no one else ever does either.

Dakota was great set up account also had help from assistant manager she was also great.

Had a issue that should have been resolved the first time I went to the storeAt the end of the 4th visit they shut down my phone which I was still paying for and forced me to drive 45 minutes to another store to resolve the issue!The issue was resolved the only time I went to the other store!Shame on the employee and store manager for not being customer service oriented in Chillicothe OHI will NEVER return to the Chillicothe store along with the 6 on our plan!

We had fantastic Service from Tom. We ended up leaving Sprint/T-Mobile after being Sprint customers since 2013. The service with the T-Mobile merger had gotten so bad . we weren’t able to send texts or receive or make phone calls. Switching our family plan to Atnt was a fantastic choice. Not only do we have service everywhere and we aren’t dropping calls or missing calls, that are vital for our business. But our bill is $100 a month lower with newer iphones! Thank you Atnt and thank you Tom at the Chillicothe Ohio store.

I came in to this AT&T store looking to get my brother a new phone. I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for. I was helped by a rep named Dakota. Dakota asked me a few questions about our needs in a phone and then made a recommendation. He explained the plans they offered clearly and I had a full understanding of what I was signing up for. My brother is loving his new phone. 100% would recommend to a friend or family!

Today I had the pleasure of working with Dakota Flowers, and I couldn’t be happier that he was the person to greet me at the door. Not only was he very helpful with getting my phone upgraded, he also made sure I was able to get all the accessories I needed for my phone (and then some) with an installment plan for them on my account! Aside from being great at his job, he was very personable and easy to relate to! It was really nice to feel like I was more than just another customer, he treated me like a friend.

Alec (super nice and fun) and his manager, (lovely, helpful woman) were incredibly kind, unbelievably positive, and altogether easy to talk to. They made me feel so welcome, and didn’t leave any question unanswered. I’ve had a stressful day but their attitudes and complimentary personalities took all of my stress and just wiped it away. Knowledgeable, upbeat, and so entertaining, they solved my problems and guided me through how to do what came next. Alec, thank you so much for making this simple, mundane task a great, fun experience! If I do leave AT&T, it will never be because of the customer service.

They are under staffed. They have a great iPhone & iPhone accessories selection. If you like Android- the selection on phones is small, but decent. The Android accessories are very limited to none depending on which model you choose. If you want an Android variety- I suggest you go to a larger store.

I came in to check out what this carrier had to offer. (Im currently with sprint but am exploring my options.) I was greeted with smiles and a very kind gentleman with a solid can do attitude (cant recall the name). But he was kind, courteous and didnt just treat me like a potential sale. I felt cared for and Im not even a customer yet. The store was clean and well put together, minor issue with a smell in one corner, but it went away (probably someones toot).I havent made up my mind about switching carriers just yet, but at least I know if I choose at&t Ill have a fantastic customer service and store reps here locally. Also the long haired short fellow smelled great, way better than the corner. Dressed nice too (although its a uniform Im sure but he pulls it off well)

I came in for a new phone and my son who lives in California, wanted to put me on his AT&T plan. I recently retired and he wanted to help me out financially. At my home, I have an AT&T satellite phone, which is an added line to my wireless service. For some reason, I couldnt keep my home line without my cellphone service??I had even offered to purchase a new box that would have given me internet service. Every time Dakota tried to do the transaction, he kept getting errors!!The process wasnt his fault. As I said, he did an excellent job!!

Wonderful experience with Scott and a greater experience with Caleb today. Both seem very knowledgeable and worked well together to help me get my service working. Its employees like them that keeps me with AT&T! Loved seeing them cleaning the store too, makes me feel better about coming into the store.

Alec was very patient with me at wanting to know things. He never made me for stupid for my lack of knowledge. He was happy to take care of me and you can tell he loves his job. Him and the manager both were very friendly. Alec never made me wait for service - helped me as soon as I walked in door. Very outgoing personality and a real people person.

Out of this world experience! I had broke my phone and was certain I was in for a terrible time and out tons of money. The guy that helped me made me feel better right away, explained to me about my insurance and had me feeling warm and fuzzy. He was even nice enough to try to save me some money on tv which I am paying way too much for (not AT&Ts fault) thank you the help and patience.

These are the nicest people. I got my phone and got entertained while getting it. Love seeing people have fun at work. They made something I was dreading very fun and exciting for me.
