Metro got much better network service than Boost or cricket here in Chillicothe.

Parking could be better at the Bridge St location but the people are both helpful and nice.

My wife and I went on the 13th an hour before closing and from the moment we walked through the door things seemed wrong they tried to get us to pick phones without them showing us the actual phones out of the box she had to ask 7 different times to see the phones they set up her ph I ne just fine my phone one the other hand I couldnt even make a phone call or receive them or text or get onto the internet without using wifi so I took it back the very next time day and they wouldnt switch my ph I ne out even though the receipt says you have 7 days to return it to the store I was then told he didnt know what was wrong with the phone told me to come back Saturday for the it guy so I did he couldnt figure it out told me to come cack Monday at 3 n the manager would be there n could switch my phone out with a new on well Monday at 3 came no manager n no new phone from the store I was told I had to ship it out n wait 3 to 5 days for a new phone and was told that I would have to pay shipping and handling plus 1999 for a new screen protector since you cant just take it off n put it on your new phone so long story short dont go to MetroPCS they are the worst phone company Ive ever had to deal with n im 35 yrs old i have gotten lied to me cheated from the start

Used to work here. The manager makes us make customers buy things. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to either one of the Chillicothe stores.I still haven’t got my last check from months ago and no w2 for 2018. This place is trash and all the manager does “moe” is talk bad about all the “white trash” in Chillicothe. He will make fun of you once you leave the store.This place is also very unsanitary. They don’t use toilet paper after using the restroom. And there was never any hand soap all they had when I worked there was just hand sanitizer. It’s just a disgusting place. Spend your money else where.

Good deals on phones but terrible coverage. The people working didnt speak English all that well. My girlfriend went by herself initially, but they guy working was hitting on her, saying innopropriate things and had so much trouble communicating that she had to drive all the way home, pick me up and go back so that I could help.

Unsatisfied I was told by one person to get everything set up and when type of phone comes in they would call me because they was out of stock at the time well this was over phone then when we get to the Chillicothe Ohio location he said we would be better to get other phones then do the upgrade 3 months get phones we wanted to start with long story short we paid 500 dollars to get the for phones switched from crikett to metro now 3 months has come and went they are wanting another $600 + to give us a upgrade Im not happy at all with this place

Store has been closed or services out for 4 days. Nobody answering the phone. Had to talk to call center in the Phillipines!!! Closes during normal business hours with no way to contact. They leave paper notes on the door. Terrible experience.

Yesterday I wanted to upgrade my kids phone. Drove 63 miles to the store. To my suprise a paper sign in the window. They didnt keep with the promise of returning to reopen. So i drove back the 63 miles home very disgusted. So today still disgusted I went and switched to Cricket. So far so good with them. I hope there network is better then Metro. Cause I do alot of traveling.

When I first switched I was very happy. Today 7/14/16 I was not happy. Both PCI mobile stores ( Chillicothe ) were out of phones hisince 7/11/16. I was told by the Bridge street manager on Monday that I could buy a replacement phone at retail price. Since I had broke my phone. My fault. I waited four days to discover the phone I wanted had to be ordered and wouldnt be in for another 7 days. So I was forced to buy a phone I didnt want at full price. For those of us that use Google maps, Google calendar, and to stay in contact with friends with phone text I couldnt wait another 7 days. Update. 3 weeks later still no Samsung galaxy prime. Called main office does little good. Had to buy phone at full price instead of the phone I wanted also. Today is 8/8/16 still havent gotten my phone through customer service as told I would. Was told it be here 4 days ago.

Ive been trying to pay my phone bill since the 25th but both locations have been closed for 4 days. So why the hell do you have two stores if both are closed. MetroPCS sucks! Only gave one star because that is the only way it would let me post.

Showed up 15 minutes before closing, dude walked up to the door as we were getting out of the car and locked the door.

I called with a question got put on hold 3 times he never even told me he was gonna in then i heard music they need better help or close shop id give a rating of 10 below if i could in ive never down rated nothing before like this so uncalled for so rude all my life never has this happen never ...
