Out of a lot of the add INS. Guy waiting on us keep wiping his nose. While waiting on us. Young workers standing around, when tables needed to be cleaned and trash was over full. They was enough workers that one could of been taking care of things. One of the workers was eating a roll at the counter.

Disappointed with what was supposed to be a medium cookie dough with peanut butter and fudge mixed in. The amount I got would have fit into a small cup.

I ordered a got to have it Chocolate Devotion. 1st they stated they did not have brownies but was using chocolate donuts instead. Then they stated they was out of chocolate donuts. I asked them to just substitute it with M&Ms. I then realized that a Snickers Bar would taste better so I changed it to Snickers instead of M&Ms. I also asked to have a Heath Bar added to it. When they stated they did not have any Snickers I went back to M&Ms. When I got my container it only had Chocolate Chips, M&Ms and Heath. It did not have any of the sauces in it. I was very disappointed in the service we had, along with the quality of the Ice Cream. We also had to do this through the drive thru because the lobby closed at 3pm. Very difficult to do.

Its an ice cream store, how do you run out of ice cream. They said their vendor hasnt been there for a week, why not find another vendor. This was my first experience with this establishment, my sister is in from georgia, she said you have to try it, its the best place to get ice cream. Was truly disappointed for my first visit, makes it where I dont want to go back. No ice cream, they were sold out. It just wasnt very good. They had no bananas also, I mean why couldnt they just run to walmart down the road and get bananas. Truly disappointed with this experience.

Just visiting here.. wanted some ice cream and the store appeared to be closed at 8:45, says they close at 10.

Birthday cake remix is my favorite ice cream. Ordered it through the drive thru. Place was much nicer than the coldstone up the road in Circleville.

The worst restaurant in Chillicothe. When visiting this afternoon the store was out of literally everything. Everything we tried to order we heard we are out of that. Once we finally found something, the dining room was unkept. Oh, and they couldnt figure out how to use our gift card(the reason we visited there in the first place). Now we are left with a gift card but will surely need to visit a different location.

Was treated very rudely by the manager Mariah. When ask for her name and corporate phone number I was told to leave and she threatened to call the police this by then turned into a shouting match as she had been yelling from the door leading to the back of the store. There were several employees and customers hearing this exchange... Finally was given her first name by an employee. I will report this to corporate

Walked into cold stone after enjoying a dinner with my family expecting a great Homemade Waffel Cone from them and all I got was disappointment. Not only did they not have any Waffel Cones nor any Waffel Bowls, asked for Reeses cups didnt have them, asked for Reeses pieces to replace them and was disappointed yet again and finally when asking for the Oh, My Lemon Pie which the banner on the counter advertised I was yet again let down with the bitter dissapointment of them not being able to make it. So Im conclusion to my rage at the store I say shove it.

No doughnuts ever... not sure how they stay in business.
