You crushed my cookies by cramming 2 dozen in a small box. Use some common sense and a bigger box because the blue icing was everywhere.

I actually ordered from Door Dash a dozen of there doughnuts and all I can say is WOW. They are absoluting amazing! I am now obsessed and they have the best Starwberry Filled Pastery of greatness. Im not sure the names but goodness I could eat them all day long! They remind me of toaster strudels but in stick form and are 10 times better! If you ever see them on Door Dash or are in the area they are definitely worth a try!

Has great doughnuts and cookies. I think sometimes they even havecakes and pies, not very big, but they are delicious. Its a totally different taste than Crispe Creme in town, which what makes it good... It gives you VARIETY!!!

I was born and raised in Ohio. I remember my mom and dad taking me to get donuts. Now my husband and I live in Texas and you can not find donuts like New Systems! Our favorites are the Bismarks and the Cream/Iced-sticks. Happy they now ship out of state. One of a kind bakery!

We picked up a cake on Christmas Eve. We brought it home and wrapped the box tightly in plastic wrap and put in the deep freeze for a couple of days. When we got it out to serve, it was so dry. It was like eating a dry sponge. Nobody would eat it so consequently we ended up throwing away a half sheet cake. When I talked to the owner she said she was sorry but offered no compensation of any kind. This was our first time buying a cake from this bakery and it will be our last.

Old fashioned bakery. Their signature product is the Bismark. A delicious pastry with cream filling. Want chocolate bismarks? You can only get them on Friday. Just before Christmas they make a fruit cake that is legendary.

Love the bismarks and brownies...All I can say is I want chocolate creme filled like replace the white creme with chocolate cream bismarks with powdered sugar on outside.

I love the bismarks and cream sticks! They also have seasonal cookies there too such as the Halloween cookies and the valentines cookies. Donut holes are a good time, too. Always worth the drive from Cincy!

I grew up eating this bakery, and I remember it as far back as I can remember. Coming home from school to a Devils Food Pie was such a treat. Since the change of location and staff, the quality has declined in a disappointing way. My parents, especially my dad, loved this bakery. They couldnt go to Chillicothe without going to New Systems. The cupcakes are now dense and taste stale. Im not sure but they taste like theyre frozen then dethawed. I know the recipes are supposedly the same, but the quality in our opinion has declined and the prices have exceeded the lack of quality. Very dissapointed we lost our favorite bakery.

Paid over $7 for a dozen sugar cookies, they were horrible ! I was shocked, I have never had anything bad from here. cookie had no flavor and the icing tasted old.

There is mo prices on the stuff 21.00 for donunts. Love your donut but i am done not going to pay your rent
