I stopped by Smart & Final to pick up some fresh flowers for a birthday gift. The flowers were nicely arranged, fresh, vibrant liking and reasonably priced. The lines were short with little wait time.

A great store to shop for the items you need at a low price.

The best for fresh flowers, always a beautiful selection. Great for buying bulk items for parties or events. I buy candy, snow cone syrup, fruit punch mix, nacho cheese sauce for parties. Plus they have utensils and paper products that are good quality at a comparable price. They also have a good bakery.

My favorite item at Smart & Final?4 pounds of Tortilla Chips!I love shopping here rather than a big box store. They always have enough employees to keep the lines short.The employees are very nice also.

Went to get formula and I asked for 7 cans and I had to tell the supervisor myself that I needed 7 cans because the employee didn’t request the correct amount he only stood quiet and didn’t say here’s your receipt have a good day. He only gave me my receipt and said “here”

The store manger is a young man who was rude he kept looking at me as i was shopping. Then he had one of his employees follow me around store I guess because he had to think I was shop lifting.The only reason I can think of for him to do this is I was wearing a support a mc club shirt and I had some red on other then that there was no reason for him to look at me or have his employee follow me as I was shopping. I will not return to that store again. Not cool being closed minded at all!!!!There no ROOM to GROW WHEN YOUR MIND IS CLOSED!!!!rememder that please!!!

5his grocery outlet is great for targeted items especially in bulk. Fresh produce is usually well stocked and good price point.

It is always a joy & pleasure to shop at the Chino Hills Smart & Final. The store is very organized; very clean; & the clerks are very helpful.😊 Whenever a store clerk passes me in the aisle, they always ask are you able to find what you need? Then they say let me know if you need help. The store clerks are very friendly. Always eager to assist. This store never allows the customers to wait in long lines. I appreciate that. You can tell this Smart & Final has great management!👍

This is a good store, they pretty much have all I need.Nice and polite people, I even had a nice experience this morning, when a got in line there was this old lady in front fo me, she turned hers head around and when she saw me, this is what she said, go ahead you can go first, but I said no, I can wait but thanks. This just to show you that theres still good and humbled people out there, thank God for that..

The store is declining rapidly.. minimally stocked shelves, poor selection of products, tier 3 produce, outdated food, meat selection poor. Ever changing employees.This is now a run down dumpy store.Wish it would close their doors.

I love there prices the cooked chicken. They followed protocol for Social Distancing. They are always so nice and friendly. I have been lost in what I was looking for and an employee noticed and asked if I needed help with anything. I have been in Customer Service for over 30yrs. and now a days that is just unheard of. This one is a bit out of the way but well worth the drive. Keep up the great service.

Definitely recommended! The website is very user friendly and has a great selection of fresh groceries to fuel my workouts. Delivery was timely and food very tasty. I will definitely use Smart & Final Extra again and also recommend it to my personal training clients.

A very clean place to buy groceries with great prices. The cashiers are fast as well.I will be shopping here a lot.

Every time I shop here, I can easily find the items I want. The meat prices are low and they do sell brands like Hills hire farms, along with their own brand. The Smart and Final Extra in Eastvale is now open, and the cashiers are friendly and quick.

Shopping here for the family is cool, they are always well stocked, the store is clean unlike the Chino location. Plus Wells Fargo is inside.

I always have a great time the chickens are incredible its so clean there theres not much more I can say you guys are top notch everytime I go visit my mom out in Chino Hills I go to your smart and final and buy a chicken garlic mashed potatoes and juice and non-alcoholic beer life is good thank you again

They didnt have half of what we came in for. Very disappointing for a neighbrhood store. Came from out of state back here to hometown for a visit. And I could even buy half the grocery items I couldnt transport from home.

Ive been going to this Store for 15 years when it was called Vons. So today My Fiancée was accused of stealing by a Bag Clerk named Danny who asked My Fiancée if She was gonna pay for the item she put in Her Purse? My Fiancée then asked Him what He said and told Him She didnt have nothing in Her Bag and told Him to get the manager to check Her Bag, At which point He Immediately starts Back peddling and saying He didnt say that, When the Manager came We asked Him to check Her Bag, Which They did and of course nothing was in the Bag.. at which point the Kid Danny kept lying to the manager that He never said that.. So We told the manager I guess We just made it up and like people to Rifle through my Fiancees Bag To which no answer was given.. So stay away from the Bagger Danny If You even move or look Wrong Hell use His obvious detective skills to call you a Thief and then Lie about it.. And to top it off We find Out Hes leaving Smart&Final to be a Cop!!! Great!!! SMH
