Tired of paying so much for sushi? Albertsons has the best freshly made sushi. Really. My 13 year old grandson LOVES the sushi from this Albertsons so its a great convenience to pick up items needed for home along with some really good and fresh sushi at a very reasonable price.

I am disappointed with the tall hispanic crew cut guy, he was putting something on the shelf by isle 12 or 11 somewhere there;I politely approached him to ask if you carry Avian water, he did not look at me, he paused for a good while before responding and said it should be listed on the signage(sarcastic sounding). I felt that he was annoyed that I asked him, perhaps he thinks I am bothersome, having detected his cold and rude disposition, I said I am sorry to have to bother you. I was aghast with this employees lack of customer service. He had a sour face, he felt guilty when I said I am sorry to have to bother you and pointed out where about the water was located, he sensed that I was dismayed by his lack of engagement and to show that he values me as customer, thereby assist to the best of his ability, but on the contrary.I always believe that your organization is only as good as your worst employee.I spent $293 at your store today. My son and I happened to be in the area and decided to shop at Albertson since its nearby. I will never dish my money at your store again.When your line staff is failing to even render a smile to an inquiring customer, it is a high indication of this employees poor training or lack thereof.He should not be on front line, customer will decipher if you are there happy to serve, he obviously displayed that he is not happy at work, so customer who bothered him by asking for help where to find an item, triggered his true rude personality.Disappointed!We the North

This is a grocery store and they have standard groceries. They use a membership card system, make you buy 4 or 5 of an item to get the deal, and think Monopoly game is a big deal.

The market is very clean and plenty of shelved and frozen foods. Everything looks fresh and there is no waiting to get in the store. Prices are a bit expensive, but overall I enjoy going to Albertsons. I especially like there selection of coffee creamers. This location has a Starbucks on site which is always a plus.

Sadly a very sad looking bakery. Not well stocked, very short selection of baked goods, and no one was around for customer service. Also not enough cashiers to checkout, even during the express checkout. Cashiers have too much time on their hands to chit-chat with other coworkers and showing off their nails. Extremely disappointing and not worth my time to ever comeback. Most definitely will warn others to come shop with caution.

I always come here for a quick thing or two. I wouldnt buy all my groceries here because its very overpriced! I do like that there is a Starbucks though. I just wished too that the store had self check-out.

I got to say soon as I walk in the door I was greeted right away and welcomed with the warm family hello. Thats always a nice feeling when you walk into any type of establishment. Staff was friendly store looks super clean and organized and I appreciate the ambiance in the building.

I want to give a shout out to the Service Deli. I had their mango habanero bake chicken and the seasoned bake chicken, both of them are to die for. The mango habanero is absolutely fabulous with great flavor. I learned the Melissa prepared and baked the chicken, she did an outstanding job. Along with the great food, Melissa provided excellent customer service. Every time I visit, the Service Deli team has provided great help. Their food is better than other markets near me. A little pricey. On my morning walks I stop in to their Starbucks inside the store on occasion. I find there Starbucks much less crowded than other Starbucks.

I am grateful in this month of giving thanks for an amazing employee by the name of Maggie. I frequently shop at this Chino hills Albertsons, on one of my recent purchases there was a discrepancy with one of the items I had purchased. I made another trip to the store to return it but with covid-19 there are no returns. However Maggie did not turn me away she went above and beyond to adjust the discrepancy which I was very grateful for and her kind gesture and her customer service made my entire week! Thank you for being an amazing individual Maggie!

This is normally my go to market. But latey the customer service has been terrible. Seems whatever time I choose to go there are one, maybe two cashiers. Many times lately the only one open is 15 items or less. Which is terrible for those that only have a few things to have to wait for those like me that have a basket full. Today I was 5th in line and there were 8 others behind me.And still didnt open another register.. May start using Stater Bros. Up thestreet

Our experience was not pleasant because of an elderly cashier who was complaining at once that the line that were in is for 15 items only, our grocery looks bulky because we have a case of bottled water. We only have 11 items in our cart. I said that you dont even know how many items we have youre already complaining about. She did not even apologize and keep on looking for something that she can complain about. Because of that, I forgot that I was not far enough from the person in my front. The person in my front did not say anything but this elderly cashier said so many things again. In the first place, I will be observant of social distancing if I was not distracted by her complaints.

They go above and beyond! There was a mistake made on my order for a bday cake and to my surprise the manger took care of the problem and made it all right without causing any inconvenience. I was impressed at how the manger took care of his customers while showing his employees how it’s done! Great management. Great store, great products.

Management does not care workers dont care nobody wants to help you if you need help! Long lines not worth it! Just go out of your way to Stater Bros. Or the Albertsons off of Soquel Canyon at least there the workers take pride in their work and will help you out if you need it!

Clean facility. Not sure if its due to Covid but the checkout lanes move very slowly - which isnt ideal when you want to try to get in and get out. Went yesterday and took 15 min to get through the 5 folks in front of me. Was a little annoyed that the Albertsons employee who was purchasing items right in front of me in line questioned pricing, which caused the cashier to leave his station to go to the aisle and check and come back. They then took their time while engaging in conversation. Would be nice if mgmt can figure out ways to move the checkout lines more efficiently.Also, I bought some large tomatoes and whoever has put the pricing label sticker strategically put it right over a round rotten area on the tomato... had to laugh at that one

Did not like this store at all. It looks dingy as you walk in and deeper you go into the store, more run down the store looks. Shelves are sparsely populated with lots of empty spots around (not bacause of Covid-19 by the way). Produce quality is sub-par. I mainly went for the bakery and found it devoid of any quality items.

Im always able to find good discounts on steaks.

The customer service here hasn’t always been the greatest. This particular day was above and beyond horrendous. The manager on duty Mona was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to download the Albertsons app to get the deal on the item I was purchasing. The cashier had told me all I needed to do was put in my number. The cashier was very friendly might have been new so my comment is not directed to her. Mona told me I downloaded the wrong app and had me download the other. Finally was able to get the deal, but Mona had me wait while she deleted the entire transaction and start over because she said the cashier did things wrong. I asked her why things were so difficult just to get the deal and she said this is just the way it is. She seemed burdened to help and wasn’t friendly at all. She had an issue similar to mine with the customer in front of me as was equally as rude. Mona told the customer she read the deal on cereal wrong and went back to check. Turned out that the customer was right! My shopping experience at the registers took 15 minutes when it should have been five minutes, especially for an empty store.

I had the most incredible experience at this Albertsons this afternoon. I didnt realize that my backpack was half opened and had lost my wallet when I went to pay for my groceries. When I frantically told the cashier that I lost my wallet, he immediately spoke to his manager who then told him that one of the employees had picked up a wallet and kept it in the safe box in the office. Sure enough, it was my wallet that the employee had picked up. Thank God!! I couldnt believe it. Not even a dollar was missing from my wallet. Of course, I thanked everyone, especially the employee named Brandon who turned in my wallet to the office. Thank God for honest people!!

I love this store. They have really good customer service I cant put everything they do . Its not even just some employee its all of them ... Except one. One I dont know they seem frustrated but that happens. Um I really like this store managers are sweet and help. Every thing is super clean. Never really had any issues .

Fried Chicken was good as always, the best Ive ever had! However, the ribs the meat was old!! The worst ever, I am scarred for life... Service was questionable, the girl at the deli counter ignored me for a few minutes. When I asked for assistance, she gave me a very upset look. I apologized for bothering her sincerely, she made me feel bad.

This is one of the few places since the virus where the employees from managers down to the baggers who truly appreciate the customers and happy to be at work. This includes Stater Brothers. Not like the zombies at home depot and Lowes.

I came home to Cali to visit from MN. Stopped at Albertsons down the street from my parents house to pick up a bucket honey wings ... a family favorite and tradition for a day by the pool at my parents. They no longer have honey :(( I moved past that to order a bucket of the homestyle and spicy flavored wings and was told they no longer offer the bucket. Now the cost is $7.99 per pound of wings. I passed on ordering. Hope at least the bucket comes back!

Due to covy, there seems to be less employees to assist in the departmens. Otherwise, the are courteous.

I mean. Its an Albertsons. A grocery store. You can do your groceries here. Serves its purpose. A little pricey but fair. Nice and clean, lots of employees so huge line waits are a rarity. Good location too, right across from The Shoppes and its a lot cheaper than the Trader Joes there. Plus the plaza its in isnt too busy. Just some smaller restaurants surround the place.

Walter is the BEST. I use this bakery every year for my sons birthday cakes and WALTER has always come through with a perfect custom request ... we look forward to these special cakes every year. I think the year with the giant cookie and ice cream filling was one of the best. Cakes are always fresh and again Walter is always professional friendly and accommodating ... thanks for another great year!

This Albertsons managers need better training. I was denied purchasing alcohol because my CA license has a hole punch due to moving to another state. Had my out of state ID and they can’t take that form of Identification along with my credit card showing my photo and name...Really?? Same exact information with photo and birthdate and was denied! Cashiers there need to be pushing carts if they can’t put two and two together.

Bought 4 packs of coke for $10 digital coupon promotion. Checkout line was super slow, they only had 2 lanes open. The express checkout lady was super slow and talkative. She kept cracking up jokes with one customer and it took her like 7 minutes to scan all her items. She even forgot to scan 3 of her items left on the belt. Chased after the customer to checkout the 3 items. What is worse, when I checked out, I entered my phone number for the digital coupon. Then asked her to confirm if the digital coupon works. All she said was maybe.... I think so. After I checked the receipt, the coupon didnt even get applied. She didnt even tell me. Horrible customer experience. Never coming back ever. Stater Bros and Target have much better customer service.

The store is always clean and they offer a lot of fresh snacks (infused water, fruit and veggie packs, even cakes). There is also a Starbucks. This is a good place to make late night grocery runs.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.Also... customer service is just nonexistent; employees either dont have any personality or are just plain rude and unprofessional. Managers are generally apathetic when you express your concerns, or they make statements about things they have been doing to improve, yet when you go back here weeks or months later its exactly the same.Buyers beware!! If you go here check your food package dates!! Dont expect any sort of customer service!!

I dont live close but only visited it because eggs are on sale and have a gift card to spend. A dozen for 99 cents. Limit 2 per person. Place is kept neat and clean. Although you will always smell blood when walk by the butcher area. Check out speed is acceptable. Parking lot is always pack since there are quite a few shops and restaurants nearby. Recycling center is also in the parking lot.

Prices way too high, a woman begging outside the building as you enter. Checker was so quick to enter info I was unable to enter my phone number for just for you deals.

Carlie my cashier is the most immature, unfriendly, unprofessional, clueless thing I have ever spoken to in my life. Wow, just Wow! With so many other customer reviews sharing my opinion the only reason this location is still open is just that the LOCATION. We all hope none of your staff is local we have better people than this living in our community for sure.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and well stocked. Its literally across the street from trader joes and that makes me very happy because trader Joes does not carry diet dr pepper.
