The only down side is its a little pricey, but the biscoff and mint ice cream flavors are really good! Vegan options are why we went here.

The ice cream is amazing and the staff is Awsome they are young and working super hard to make us happy. I went there for the first time and they where packed but the kids working there tried hard to make all the orders in a timely manner . They could hire more people to make it easier on the staff that works because there was only two kids working with about 10 people ordering. I felt bad for them they do need help but I really appreciate that they are out here for us even with this pandemic still going around thank you to the staff. Keep up the good work and I hope they hire more people to help. Super great ice cream

Such an awesome fun experience for the family!My family and I stopped by after meeting the new owner in the parking lot a few nights ago. Weve never been to a Creamisty before but just kinda figured it was like another frozen yogurt place and wanted to support a local business owner. It was totally NOT a froyo place. We were so pleasantly surprised it had nothing to do with frozen yogurt. Using liquid nitrogen they make ice cream you get to customize. The kids loved watching them make our order. The cool clouds the machines make were fun to watch. Our son ordered the Party Animal that had the pink and white animal cookies and more in it. Our daughter ordered the Cookie Monster which had both chocolate chip and oreo cookies in it. My husband ordered the Quantum Coffee and I order the Smores. 5 stars from us all it was so good. Josh and Danielle and their employee (forgive me I didnt catch her name) were so awesome! Great customer service. They have so many options well be back soon to try another menu item as they all looked so good. Excited we found a new spot to take the kids to for a yummy treat and fun experience. I only wish I took better pics to show off our desserts. The kids couldnt wait and well I forgot to take a pic of mine. Lol next time for sure!

The product was and always is good I love their ice cream, on this one occasion the poor girl working the counter was overwhelmed with all to do. It all of a sudden became very busy when we walked in, you know how crowds seem to come in waves. No one was unruly or anything but very overwhelming Im sure. Not enough help, so if you are one of those people holding out getting free money from our broke government AMERICA IS OPEN lets all get a job and help out so the workers are not so stressed out.

I experienced a small issue with my Signature creation Red Velvet. However, the gentlemen in charge helped resolved the issue and made it right. The kids enjoyed what they ordered. Its an ok destination to try at least once in a while as prices are in the high end for ice cream.

Took way too long. On top of that when I ask if my order would be ready anytime soon, the gentleman making my orders told me, If you just be a little more patient, I will get that to you. The Creamistry in Eastvale was way better. I wont be back here until their customer service issue is resolved.

Going here to get something small, someone suggested a ice cream that was a winner. While waiting a long time a guy with white skin and blue eyes called out something in a low voice, wondering if it was my order since I didnt know what the suggested ice cream would look like.. I asked if it was the captin crunch he said yes and I said is this my order? he ignored me I asked again is this the captain crunch? because I ordered that he said yes then I said okay then this is my order after grabing it and excited, I was greeted with angry faced people crowding around me staring long and hard. Confused trying to ignore it there was another order being made for someone I know, they grew closer to me staring more intensely. The guy with blue eyes said aggressively YOU LIED TO ME! YOUR NAME ISNT JOSE! now he adds to the staring circle concentrating on my pupils making me feel targeted. I myself now angry for being blamed fully for the confusion started to rant, he raised the music to maximum volume hurting my ears. Feeling cornered and like puking from all this stress after coming here, He told me come here then yanked the ice cream from my hands continuing to stare in my direction threw it away, unfinished ice cream. At this point I wanted to burst in tears not knowing I would eventually receive the right order. Now uneasy still waiting for my persons order they received their ice cream and Im shoved a new one towards me with the unwelcomed glance.

This is my new favorite ice cream spot! I stopped in yesterday for a cup of ice cream and was pleasantly surprised by all the Vegan options as Im vegan only sometimes I cant find ice cream shops. I had a vanilla bean adffogato style with a cashew base, 100% vegan and it was delicious! Im a coffee lover and I was excited to find this! This place was extremely clean and made sure to follow all COVID-19 precautions. The staff was very nice and informative they made sure to walk me through the process as this was my first time at a Creamistry! I will be back very soon to order some pints to take home, this place is truly a hidden gem!

One of our favorite places to get a treat. Our kids love watching the liquid nitrogen clouds. The owner is always very accommodating to one of my kids with dairy allergy. He carefully washes everything before preparing a sorbet.

Ran put of nitrogen after we ordered, said it would be 20 min, so we didnt get our order!

Seems like new ownership. The guy here seems to be extremely stingy on how he even pours/measures base. Also, he uses rotten bananas if you are not looking. Watch what’s being mixed in your ice cream, especially if overripe/rotten fruits.

I didnt even order from here personally. Sad, only had one person working on a Thursday night. Bunch of people. One person filling all orders. Poor management.

Very cute place, I really liked all the options. Ice cream and toppings were very good - ice cream is very rich and creamy. Staff was attentive and friendly. It was a bit pricey, with the smallest option at $5.50 with $1 for each add-in. Scoops are huge and shareable. A cute place for special occasions or dates for sure!

Ice cream should not take 30 minutes. They need to have more than 3 people making ice cream on a saturday night. This place always takes forever and often runs out of the ice cream and will only tell you after you have waited 25 minutes.

The freshest made-to-order ice cream...so the higher prices are all well worth it! Ive been to this shop 4 times and each time it was like the first visit....YUMMO! If you have little ones, theyll enjoy the dry-ice vapors illuminating the shop while their ice cream being made. Try at least once ...just for the experience as its a unique concept for an old favorite...ice cream. Disclosure: Im not being paid for this review. If youre into waiting a while for your ice cream to be made and overpaying for it, youre in luck!Creamistry is one of those new fads that started not too long ago where they make ice cream using liquid nitrogen. Unfortunately, for the opportunity to watch the ice cream making show, it will cost you $5.50 for a scoop and its not even that big of a scoop either.A better choice is to hit up the Yogurtland which is in the same plaza on the other side. I hardly ever spend more than $3 on a cup and I get a ton of ice cream and toppings with it.

Took too long for our two orders of small Thai and cheesecake ice cream. The blueberry topping on the cheesecake is just a syrup swirled into the ice cream and $1 extra too. Interesting concept but its like a Coldstone Creamery with liquid nitrogen instead of a marble slab. The ice cream texture for the classic base is gelato like. The Thai ice cream had a great flavor, just like eating frozen Thai ice tea. Cheesecake was dull,and gummy.

I gave 3 stars to customer service the same guy that closes every night is always trying to close early tonight we drove up it was 9:34 pm we checked online what time it closes so we came all the way and he had the close sign up we were so disappointed so we started to drive away and a young couple walked up disappointed but they tried to open the door and it opened so we got off the car there were more people eating at the tables I think the owners need to put 2 people to close at night and pop in every once n awhile to check on your workers thank you but the ice cream gets 5 stars ....
