This is a very small store however it has just about everything that you can think of in a postal type of store. I have been able to facts important papers and documents through their service. It does cost about $2 per page but it is still helpful if you need to get it done. You can also make photocopies and you can also mail just about anything you want with any type of postage. They also sell nice little CD and Photograph heavy padded envelopes.

Not open on Sunday. Why does the site say you are open when you aren’t?

Print out shipping label cost $3 which is definitely overprice.

Dont know the young ladys name..But she sure was AWESOME..Help me with no problem what so ever.We have a mailbox here, got a lot of package sent to here this week. The young lady always called and send me a email to remind us come and pick up them.I appreciate THAT !!!! GREAT JOB..NICE STORE..

I really appreciate the service. Today I go to return the products, I went to 3 place, they all refuse to get my return. Till I went to this UPS store in chino. The staff there are kind and willing to help me handle my returns. It took about half an hour to deal with these, and they are so patient. Thank you so much UPS Chino store!

This store is really good!! Last night I had to send some important documents outside the city to my cousin and I can’t anyone to help me with the delivery so I searched on google and came across this store which was open at that time and the staff here assisted me very well and assured me for safe and secure delivery. Thanks UPS store for such a great pleasure!!

If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would! This UPS Store is AMAZING!! Very helpful above and beyond care for the customer. I came in needing immediate help to change my forms to PDF because I unfortunately was having issues trying to do it on my computer. Kristin the worker there personally walked me through the process on their computer and took the time to do it so that I could meet a 4:30 deadline to send out. I was there at 2:03 and was able to post and email my forms in time before my deadline. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Kristin for your help! It meant so much to me for giving me that EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!

Staff goes above and beyond to fulfill your needs and will assist you in any kind of help which is very rare these days as everyone is busy making money and forget about customer satisfaction which is really important. I would highly recommend their services!!!

This place is great they are fast and polite. This location is by far my favorite, the employees are all knowledgeable, efficient about the products and delivery process, they are all very kind and fast paced, I hardly ever have to wait to be serviced.

I had a great experience with this UPS Store. Once I had to get prints of my project, and it took less than 2 minutes for printouts, and I was free in just 5 minutes, and also the owner of the store was very kind. Thank you for the quick service.

If i can give a zero start I would. I just found out that the store owner/manager is Young Rho and he closed my account without notifying me first. I was emailing him back and forth about my problem with the mail box and without any calls, letter, or emails, he just closed the account and returned my mails. This is the worst customer service I have received ever! This store also has long lines whenever I go in for questions and service. Dont waste your time. I am going to the UPS store thats on the other side of the town so I can avoid this kind of issue. This store also charges more for the box fee $180/year compared to the other one on Chino Hills Parkway $168/year. I stayed here for 2 years and was treated this way and I wonder how he is treating other customers?

I’m not impressed your store has some ignorant response to all your reviews claiming the customer is always wrong, the response is rude by trying to embarrass the customer, and responding to a customer complaint by saying your the beautiful woman who came in early is the most unprofessional post I’ve seen from any business.. Change your policy business 101 the customer is always right.

Incompetent.... thats the polite way of putting it for the employees at this location.I called to verify a package that needed a signature was rerouted to this location. They confirmed they had it in hand as we spoke. Next day, the package is gone and sent back to distribution site, no reason as to why.....

This is the only shipping store Ive been to to charge me for taping one of my small boxes so remember to bring some change. Everything else was great.

The women was really rude and she even charged me 50 cents for only taping my package.I told her I dont have any cash, I asked if I can use card? And you know what! She charged me additional 75 cents by using card. so I was charged total $1.25 for taping my package😡 I would never ever come here again!

Very poor customer service. I mailed a package and gave them my return address But they put their store return address on my package . As a result package was returned to them instead of me.Upon receiving the package they did not have the courtesy to contact me and returned my package back to the person I had mailed it to in the first place..The store is also always crowded and has slow moving lines.

It is my first time writing a business review, if there is an option of no star, they own it.Im following the instruction of returning a package that shipped from Canada, and they already told me that the custom is submitted electronically, and I told the Asian manager and showed him the instruction but he still reject my package and told me maybe let the driver to pic it up. He is really bullshiting!!!
