Absolutely love going in and out of course cuz of covid they had the lines outside and it was a different process of waiting in the car but its was actually a lot better for us. They have plenty of workers so the lines move fast if there are lines everyone has great customer service and the process is fast.

This branch might as well be one of the LA DMV’s. Employees have no drive and many are just sitting around scrolling social media, while the lines continue to grow!Do yourself a favor save the membership fee and go to the Corona DMV, you’ll get the same lazy service, with the same fees, with half the line.

I called before I came because I didnt want to wait in line nor had the time to make an appt. AAA had (2) walking greeters, one of which helped me right away, finding maps & a tour route for my upcoming road trip. He also alerted me to the fact that one of my attractions was Closed due to COVID. I was very grateful.

I had to take care of some business at AAA in the Chino office. The process is well organized. There is someone there to greet you and direct you to where you should go. No long lines. Courteous service. It was a positive experience.

Such awesome people!! Please be nice to the people here, they are doing their best and want to help. You will be in and out in 30min or less, just be patient. Give them time, and schedule at least 30 minutes for an appt. Its usually less.The lady at the door was quick and helpful. They text you when they are ready for you. The line is only to check in.Emily helped me with my passport photos and Im so happy with them. So quick and easy and got them perfect on the first try. :) no problems. And she gave me an application.8$ for plus members for photos. Great price!

Today the service was so bad it took the road side service 2 HOURS to get to me and I even mention there was an AAA Pro Towing service here in chino right down the street from were my truck was broke downS#!%. I could have pushed the truck down there in less then that time not to mention my 80 year old grandma was waiting with me in 100 degree weather & the phone service had me waiting I thought the liquor store would have had it towed & I may have charged your guys for itWe have never had service this bad in the 20 years been insured by your compeny

Love there system like me it is. You sign up and they give you an amount of time it is going to take untill they call you on your text messages on your phone. Then you wIt in your car. I was hungry so it was enough time for me to go get something to eat. Came back at the time frame that was given to me and they text me to come in. From there in ten minutes I was done. Thank you AAA.

In and out was a breeze, did my DMV chores and was out of there in no time. Love it.

Would suggest getting your auto insurance policy. somewhere else. I was a customer for 3 years going to 4 thinking I was paying a great price for full coverage on my car. Come to find out I only have liability lol! Good thing I never got into an accident or I would have to pay your agent Miguel rios a visit. I even followed up asking after I found out I was not under the correct plan and never got an answer.

Went to pay my car registration 5 minutes before they closed. I was worried they wouldnt have enough time to help me, but I was out of there faster than it took me to walk from my parking spot to the entrance.. amazingly fast!

There was alot of people there. Need more customer service people.

Under normal circumstances its quick your in an out, but with precautions you check in outside give them your phone number, you wait on your car or leave and come back once they text you, then you go in and handle your business and on your Merry way. Just a little longer wait, so give yourself time and patience.

I great experience. I wish I knew her name. She was at the door, I had to pay membership card and questions regarding my car. She was very helpful. I have to come back on Thursday for my car. The the girl in membership was also very nice and helpful..😁On 7/30Went to AAA to do transfer/tags, I was short change the lady who was helping me was also looking for change, still a little short, a employee walk over gave me a dollar. AAA was extremely organized and prepared for the influx of patrons. Kind and friendly agents with very knowledgeable assistants.

Its worth being a member just to not have to go to the DMV. And in addition, them come and change a flat or bring you a battery to buy or give you a tow. The helped me on the way out of town with some registration issues, and helped me when I got back when I got sick parking my trailer. Great Deal!

I was surprised why people prefer AAA and dont want to switch their insurance policy to any other company. But my recent visit to their office answered all my questions and added me in the list of those people. They have excellent customer service and reception. Especially I would like to mention Jill Paasch Insurance Specialist III at AAAs Chino Branch, CA and want to thank her for outstanding dealing and guidance she gave.

Ive had AAA membership for 4 years now and this will be the last year I ever possess it. I have one question regarding registration and I cannot contact a real person behind any of their counters across the country. Their useless automated responder will not direct me to anyone who can answer my question. Now Ive got to drive across town to solve what a single phone call should have already resolved by the time Ive finished typing this review. 1 Star - whatever insurance you already have definitely offers roadside assistance and at least theyll answer your calls.

We were at AAA office today and the insurance agent Maria Herrera Gonzales approached us, she was extremely rude!! She was trying to sell us something that she wanted and when I told her that I wasnt sure, she told us that she was waiting for an appointment and told us to go. If she was waiting for an appointment I dont understand the reason why she approached us to help us she should let another agent help us, not try to take over and then rush us out when we didnt take the option she was offering us and for her to kick us out. She gave us bad customer service. I came in with the frame in mind that after having explained to me the different options and allowing me to ask questions and have them answered I would make my decision right there and then, but after this type of treatment, I refused to give her our business.

Is it really this difficult for you guys to keep it staffed so we arent having an hour wait to do something simple like transfer vehicle or pay our registration? We pay for membership for ease, is it really worth it if your wait is just as long as the dmv?

Arrived before estimated time. Unlocked my car with care and on the first try. He was great and professional.

Go here once a month to make a payment. They are not very friendly and sometimes even rude. The office in Whittier is much friendlier and welcoming. Also, the Chino office now makes you wait outside -- which is understandable because of the virus -- but they have too many xs all over the sidewalk and parking lot (making you stand in the street ! ) without any signs telling you which line of xs to stand--on, leading to confusion and arguments between the people waiting in the hot sun 🌞

No matter what anyone says AAA is the best and most valuable thing any adult can have. The DMV services alone makes this membership worth it. I would have wasted an entire day in what these women and men did in 20 minutes. This is also the best branch I have ever been to.

I have always experienced a friendly, professional, and competent staff at AAA Chino, CA. I am very impressed by how pleasant, timely, and well operating this facility is. I think it is awesome!!! I think customers need to keep in mind certain times of the day are more crowded because no likes to take off work!P.S. If you go to dinner between 5-7 PM you are going to have to wait. Keep it all in perspective!
