Steve, Chester, and Amanda are great. Chester and Amanda are very helpful in getting things scheduled. Steve does great work and explains everything that was done and things to look for in the future. Very satisfied with service (s) I have received.

I was 5 hours from home on vacation when my car broke down and they truly cared and took the time to figure out how and where to get me in between Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire. They got me in as quick as they could and fixed up my car and sent me on my way. The dog at the Eau Claire location was absolutely adorable too and gave me lots of kisses to make me feel better and less stressed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart guys, you did amazing!!!!!

Our truck broke down late on Friday afternoon on our way ⛺️! They squeezed us in after two Chevrolet dealerships turned us away! Accurate Automative fixed our truck quickly. The team was so kind and helpful.

Ive been here 2 tires now. Amanda was informative over the phone and talked to Chester at the service desk. Went 2 times to replace tires on my car and the second time they did an alignment too. Both times i had special instruction for the tires as I switch from summer times to winter and I like to mark and rotate them each time. Very happy with the service and price. Will definately be going back!

They are a lazy shop when it comes to repairs. They dont fix the problems and throw parts at it to hope it gets fixed. They are not accurate and far from it.

I have been there countless times, my vehicles are getting old. I highly recommend. Tells you your options, always respectful, excellent repairs, reasonable prices, and is honest. I have never been let down there.

I called Amanda at Accurate Automotive to get some minor work done on my car. Usually in Eau Claire I am used to We have an opening next week. Suprisingly they were able to get me in right away. On top of that they got me out the next day at the time the car was supposed to go in.Not only was their work punctual but well priced and done professionally. Sometimes people say you cant have all 3 but Accurate Automotive seems to have the magic triangle.I will be back time and again, you have made a life long customer.

My car engine mount where bad when they started in fixing it they found out that I have a bolt missing as well instead of doing a part way job they came a told me so I could have it done right. The people are very friendly.

They Dont care what else may be wrong with the vehicle they allowed for corrosion to grow worse while my car was in the shop then blamed me even they broke pins trying to put a transmission in they did not check the transmission to make sure it would line up correctly with the car I will not be coming back and I do not recommend you go here thank you guys for paying attention to detail its not like you have to pay for it right?
