Trying to lighten and color my hair myself was a huge fail! I showed up a hot mess and Sara took me in, corrected my massive mess up and gave me an amazing cut and color!! I couldn’t be happier! Will be going to her from now onUpdate!!!Just went back to Sara again to change things up a bit and she did an absolutely fantastic job AGAIN!!! Love it so much!!

I enjoy Fantastic Sams in Chippewa Falls, my favorite is Cindy from Cornell. She has done my hair forever, & with 2 or 3 comics it can be a challenge. Plus Im a wash & wear girl due to migraines constantly. Cindys a blessing, give her a try youll be pleased!😍

Fantastic Sam’s is wonderful and a great value..I have been a regular client for 3 years. I plan a head for the day I want to go in. They do not take “appointments “ but if you stop in and sign up and there Happens to be a wait time, you can leave and come back. They will call you when you can come back in but if you don’t come back on time you may loose you’re turn. No time wasted at all. Truly impressed with the staff always cleaning and wearing masks and social distancing! Very friendly, relaxing atmosphere, professional and they carry great products. Shout out to my stylist Jessie!

I would normally give a 5 stars but that last 2 times my son was there for a haircut, I’ve had to take him back for them to fix it, it was the same lady. I do not recommend her she does a terrible job, she doesn’t take her time and the haircut looks very very choppy. not sure where she got her hair cutting license from but it’s awful!

Very disappointed. Went in to get a tone and deep conditioning. Left with bad results and $55 less than I had. My hair was a darker color and super gold. All the hair stylists there were unprofessional. Dirty mouths and bad atmosphere and attitudes. I felt like I was in high school again. I paid $18 and achieved my goal from Sallys. Hair isnt rocket science. When I go to a salon, I expect the stylist to listen to me and enjoy my time there.

Its always a great place to get a haircut!

My Elderly Mom got a haircut, she has beautiful silver hair. It isnt real thick anymore, but it is very soft. She sees the same Stylist every time and does such a great job. Mom has gotten perms from her to. And she doesnt let Mom get carried away with the time between perms either. Mom thought it was 3 months since and really was two months. Not sure what her Stylists name is, older than the rest and very good at her job and with my Mom!

Did a great job on my color...Very friendly and professional.

Went once in a pinch because I couldn’t get into my normal place before a wedding and it was alright. Same situation came up the week and it was not the best experience. If you enjoy the smell of cigs lingering around you then this may be the place for you. Cut my hair faster than a NASCAR pit stop and there was nobody else waiting behind me. Missed my neckline, didn’t do the shampoo that is apparently included (but charged me full price). I’ll stick to Shades of You. Costs the same and you get a much better experience and friendlier stylists.

Terrible service we got there at 7:15 and were told to go away even though their policy says anyone after 7:30 is accepted. The blonde stylist was very rude and the stylists smelled like cigarettes and eggs

Its wasnt me but my grandma who I took there. They gived her such a great hair cut. It was quick and easy, though we did have to wait an hour but totally worth it.

I have been going there for the past 25 years. Never disappointed. Reasonable price for a haircut and usually not too long to wait.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I called, they said they were completely free, we could get in immediately. All we needed was an eyebrow wax for my pregnant sister. Shes in town on leave from the military and we literally had a half hour window. Drove across town for them to tell us oh, its gonna be a 20minute wait. Now, she gets to have pictures taken with all our family with bad eyebrows. Thanks for lying to us. Never coming back.

Most of the time Im happy there but today I had my lip waxed. When I got home I had to pluck a LOT of hair because she didnt do it. Im not happy.

Had a terrible time there. I went for a trim and color, they were inaccurate with their wait time. I waited 45 minutes when they said the wait time was 15 minutes. I then spent 5 hours siting Sarahs chair because they decided that foiling my ENTIRE head was necessary to lighten up my hair color. My neck still hurts from the heavy foils. While I was waiting, I had to listen to workers talk about how their cats use the restroom and how they eat afterbirth. I ended ups paying $70 for all the foils, $15 for my hair being longer than my shoulders, $49 for the color and I skipped the trim because I did not want to be in that place for longer than I already had been.

My husband came home today after getting his haircut here and it was terrible! Uneven, poorly tapered, forgot to clean up around his ears, missed an entire section at his neckline, crooked, and lopsided! I have had ok experiences here (its hard to mess up a trim on long hair), but his cut is ridiculously bad. I do a better job cutting his hair. I wish I could give it ZERO stars.
