Best Walgreens around town. The staff is so welcoming and sweet to where i don’t want to go to any other Walgreens besides this one.

Waited 15 minutes at the register and no one showed up, just left my things at the register and walked out.

Dont send your kids here because they will accuse them of stealing. Wont shop or recommend this place at all.

Went to pick up my prescription. Was in line for about ten minutes and then it was my turn to go. Someone pulled up into the other plans while I was waiting and they were helped before I was, and I even had another vehicle waiting in line behind me yet! When I told them what was going on they were very rude. They got me my prescription, but didnt say anything after sending the prescription. Complete silence. I didnt even know if I was done. It made me incredibly angry to be treated that way when I was trying to correct their mistake

You list disinfecting surfaces as one of your covid prevention measures, but you do not do this ever! The store manager waited on me and I brought it up and got no response. He gave me a wipe and did not do it with any further customers after me because I watched! Covid will never end at this rate! Your bald-headed manager doesnt even follow through! Pathetic! Lazy! Whatever! A pharmacy cant even follow the basic measures?

This has got to be the worst pharmacy ever! Been dealing with them for 2 weeks on getting my medication right. Then when I finally get to pick it up something else was wrong! Waited in the drive up for 15 mins only to be told to come back later. Went back later (1:20pm) and they were closed for a meal break. The sign said 1:30. So I guess they just close early because customers don’t matter. My business will be taken elsewhere.

If I could rate zero I would. It is honestly the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. It is so inconsistent and many of the employees are so unhelpful and rude.I went October 8th and surprisingly had a pretty great experience. It took the employee a few minutes to look up my insurance but did and I did not have to pay for my 7 month old sons prescription because my insurance covers it. I left thinking wow they must have done training and hired better employees.I called for a refill on the same prescription and went on October 22nd to pick it up. I went through the drive-through, The lady looked up my prescription and asked me if I wanted to apply my insurance to it. I looked at her a little confused and said it should be on file. She said that I paid cash last time I was there for the prescription. When I told her that isn’t true and I have proof she didn’t believe me and goes “ this is what the computer tells me”She got another employee to look up my information and that employee said that my insurance wasn’t going to work either. How is that possible when three weeks earlier with the same prescription it worked with no issues? This isn’t the first incident I’ve had with Walgreens pharmacy being so inconsistent ... With no CVS pharmacy in the area I know have to drive out of my way to pick up his prescription.

Always friendly staff and helpful

Mgmt. needs to cull out the people that really do not want to work there. Too many sour faces, not the least bit inviting. If youre getting a prescription youre probably sick and receiving rude service doesnt help matters. The pharmacy is slower than molasses in January and keep people waiting so long. There should be a separate area for people that just have a question and not have to wait in line all day.

I love Walgreens, but the corporate decision to limit your reward points credit to just $5.00 per visit STINKS. We have accumulated those points and should be able to redeem them as we wish! Today I planned to redeemed my rewards on a $70 purchase-with your new policy-I walked out empty handed. Are you trying to encourage sales or not? Change the policy back-please!

I have been going to Walgreens for 35 years. Walgreens never lets me down whether Im in Milwaukee up north, across the country. I can always get my meds filled no hassle. The pharmacy and their assistants always go the extra mile and help you get your prescriptions right. Answer all your questions. Cant see myself ever going to a different Pharmacy.

The staff in the photo department were extremely rude. I purchased our sons photo from lifetouch as a digital download. Which means I can print it whenever I want. When we went to pick up the picture she wouldnt let us have it. I sent my fiance the screen captured reciept however this wasnt good enough for her. Very POOR customer service. Will never go there again.

I am very disappointed in this one. I love Walgreens and I just started going to this one because I moved close by.At this one the employees are very rude atleast everyone I have ran into.Tonight around 9:40pm I stopped in to print picture off of my phone for something very special.The whole time I was being watched by one female with a mean look on her face standing at the front register and a male walking back and forth past me waiting for me to be done very impatiently.I got done and stood at the counter and she called over the loud speaker for him to come to the desk as soon as he walked up he said yeah you are going to be pushing it we are closed in two minutes and it was only 9:50pm I just said ok? And he continued printing the pictures he handed me the pictures when they were done and said there you go with an attitude and walked over to the check out and was barley talked to besides to tell me what my total was as the boy was standing right at the front door staring at me with his hand on the lock she handed me my pictures not even saying goodnight and as I walked out I said look at that right on time and showed him my phone that has literally just turned to 10pm and he said yup goodnight with a sigh and a side of attitude.No one should feel the way I did going into a store I know stores close at Certian times but that was a little much. I wil for now on be gong out of my way to go to my normal Walgreens so thank your rude employees!

Absolutely rude pharmacy staff..If you cant be kind to people then I suggest you work in a different work field like a cemetery or morgue..
