Lost a safety chain on my boat trailer driving from Milwaukee area to Cumberland. Googled marine shops and found BCM. Called and talked to Megan in service dept. who was very helpful. We went there and she not only had the needed replacements ready but also handled installing the new safety cables herself seeing all the boat mechanics at the shop were busy with other customers and we had no tools to do it ourselves.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!I told her boss that as a previous business owner myself, she was a Keeper.

I’d rate zero stars if possible. Called in mid-October to get my boat shrink wrapped for the winter. Was told that they were booked out a month but could hopefully get me in sooner. Five weeks later I got a call saying they were ready for it. No mention of them deciding to close entirely from Nov 21st-Dec 30th. Just an inkjet printed note on the front door when I went to haul it over. Will never be using this place again. Terrible customer service and hopefully they don’t see a single deer.

First timers at Shelter Cove Marina. Will not be our last. We loved everything about it: Staff was outstanding, docks were very nice and if you like bike riding, this is your place. We came in for 3-days, Stayed a month. Very friendly environment!

These guys are great. They helped me out with the parts I needed for an antique engine Im trying to restore. The only parked they did not have it the store was the key to the ignition. But the gentleman I was speaking with looked around and was able to find a dealer in another state that had it. Fantastic.

Great place to get a new boat or even pick up a used one! They also do repair work, winterize boats, shrink wrap, have indoor/outdoor storage and do plenty more!

Charged me 700 dollars to fix my boat, problem was not solved. Has same issues when I brought it. Boat was returned to me with a dead battery and my fuel line clamps weren’t even tightened down. Went to put my boat in the water, battery was dead. Put new battery in, went back and then fuel leaked everywhere. Tightened those down and the boat bogs the exact same. Talk about a headache, not to mention it took almost a month longer to get the boat done then estimated. I will not be coming back.**UPDATE**I’ve since taken my boat to skeeters and the service has been excellent. Highly recommend.
