During the second round of this big snowstorm decided to get a Polaris plow. Rob was awesome. He found a mount for me and they had the plow and the other bar on hand. Rob went above and beyond in my opinion for customer service outstanding thanks again Rob.

Well I called them and ask them if they have a receiver hitch for my four-wheeler and they said yes. So I went there ( 30 miles round) to get it and the guy behind the counter told me Im sorry we dont have any of those in stock. He said we can order one for you in two or three days. If I wanted it in two or three days I would have went there 2 or 3 days later. I did however find a receiver at Farm and Fleet for a lot cheaper so it all worked out good.

Excellent customer service. Parts Manager very knowledgeable and helpful. No BS if its not right...and every effort to make it right. Service techs excellent, never had an issue other than a delay to get it right.

Worst ever ordered for parts and confirmed for parts twice I called to confirm and they got them all wrong ask for a shop manual and got a owners manual told them Im rebuilding an engine I need the shop manual paper copy anyone can find stuff on the internet these guys do not help do not know what they are doing very sad

One salesman, Ron, sat there and stared at me like a blank wall when I asked him simple questions about dirtbikes, and didnt help me make a decision like a salesman should. Just because Im young he treated me like I wasnt going to buy anything. So I took my business to Zachos sports center where they treated me with respect.
