Well today was a game changer for me. Thanks to Derek Peterson and Pete I have set aside 54 years of brand loyalty to spend more on a sled than I have ever spent without having one single mile of seat time. That’s how much confidence I put in the knowledge and customer understanding that Derek Peterson has in recommending that I switch from Arctic Cat to the Polaris Indy 850 XC. I honestly never thought I’d see this day but I am so excited for the upcoming riding season. Thank you to Nextgen and Derek Peterson and Pete for finding the sled I wanted!!
We needed our Quad back up & running ASAP as we rely on it daily for farm use. I was elated when NextGen staff responded to my inquiry the very SAME DAY, & had us in and out and back in business within a couple days. They even offered to deliver it home to us! In the power sports industry there are a lot of small shops that come and go with only a few buying options and limited service capabilities.Look to NextGen with multiple locations to serve you with a wide variety of product lines / manufactures and the service department to back up what they sell.Multiple locations provide the buying power to get the best deals to you.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. My Husband dropped our side by side off to get a diagnostic for a leak. They did repairs on the UTV without even calling to tell us what was wrong. The charges were close to $600. We did end up paying for because We thought it was fixed. Unfortunately we thought wrong, instead they made the coolant leak much worse. We brought it back to them and they wanted to charge us for something they had broke. Also We want everyone to know this was over a month a half period. Repairs like this should not take this long. They have horrible service. They would never call us back. We would call to check in on things and they would rush us to get off the phone and say they would get back to us later. We would never hear back. We would then call a few days later just hear the same story over and over again. Towards the end we would have to insist on talking to the service manager to find out what was going on otherwise they would give us no information. This company totally took advantage of us! Please don’t use them. Go to someone who is actually going to fix your power sports and call you back not drag you around and around only to make things worse than they started. Now our daughters whom love the side by side can not even use it because even after a month a half of being at the shop we still have to take it somewhere else to get fixed just because of a small coolant leak!!!!
I have worked with Nextgen on several occasions and pleased with the quick service and turn around time to get my machine back up and running. Highly recommend them for working on your machines! Top notch company!

We took two jet skis there around Memorial Day. One for warranty work for the engine because they bought out the sea doo dealership in Chippewa Falls. Today we are still waiting for the service to be done. Waiting for parts for one ( supposed to be in any day for six weeks) and still can’t figure out what is wrong with the warranty engine work on the other one. If you want to receive timely service this is not the place to go.

Next-gen has come a long way and customer service and strive to satisfy their customers in any business it is hard theyre doing a great job considering the coronavirus and shipping and getting people back onto the trails I would recommend next gen

They refused to warranty my oxygen helmet. I bought numerous sleds from the prior dealer. They would have warrantied it without question.

I would not recommend Nextgen to anyone. The failed to deliver the service on time. They never called with a status update on our vehicle. In fact we had to drive over there to get an update. The cost was way over what they estimated. Bad service + high cost = go somewhere else.
