Mike is an awesome employee. I called on the phone and he was able to answer all of my questions, and was friendly while doing it. I highly recommend that you ask for him when you go.

Half the time they will give you the wrong part. So take your old one to compare with. The employees have little or no mechanical experience. And the checkout can take awhile. So take a bucket of patience with you. :)

Employees need to be better trained great if they knew something about mechanics they tell you they have a tool for rent when you get there they got one for sale what they tell you yes we have one more for rent on the phone not very happy with AutoZone person down there that knows anything is the lady that works there shes very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Apr 12 2020 ...my battery wont work at Starbucks by 99.....so this guy with particular Mexican name...sorry soy mexicano but can remember it...he take my battery to where I was ...I couldnt find ride to the store so he have my battery and my 100 dollars cashback with him...excellent service...thanks a lot ...

Love the staff, selection is great. For a woman who doesnt know much about cars they are patient and helpful.

The older gentleman that works there is very rude. Almost put hands on my husband because he didnt have a mask on. It is our choice. We will not be going there again and our family are mechanics. Alot of business lost.

Ociel was super helpful today!! A very nice young man you have working for autozone! Thank you for the quick and knowledgeable service today!! My son’s car battery died and he was eager to help him get the right battery and even helped put the new one in!!

I had taken my battery in but as I went to place it on the counter it fell out of my hands, which was my fault and I apologized and I get its annoying having to clean up after people because Ive worked retail as well so I felt really bad but no one even dared to ask me if I was ok, battery acid got on my hands and spilt all over my feet, my feet were burning. I waited a bit to see if anyone would offer any assistance, they didnt, so I just awkwardly went home. Whenever working with any type of chemicals big or small safety is and should always be #1. Idk what this place teaches their employees about safety or customer service. However I came back to buy a new battery and it was like none of the employees wanted to assist me. It seems as if this place has its regular customers which are welcomed and treated with respect but any new comers dont feel welcomed. It was honestly the worst experience ever, I hate this place.

Best place for car parts, etc.......staff can usually answer any questions you have and they have a great return policy. Plus with the loan a tool program and the check engine light test cant beat it....
