Very friendly people, they got my car fixed faster than expected, they even washed my car before giving it back to me, making it look brand new!

Had repairs done to my Toyota Tacoma at collision plus 2 and I am VERY PLEASED with the job they did. All the people was very nice to me kept me informed on the progress of the work. The to ladies in the office was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my pickup. Yes this shop is NOTHING BUT GREAT. Thanks to all the people that was involved with the work.

Had body work done on my older 4Runner. They did a fantastic job, looks almost brand new. They were timely and answered phone calls with updates. So pleased with my experience!

Dawn was very helpful and super nice. My repair was confusing having 2 claims on 1 bumper but they did me right and only charged me 150$ to fix another spot in the bumper. Brian was a good guy also and my car came out perfect. My back bumper is there work.

First of all, I have used this company several times now. The customer service is outstanding! Every time I have picked up my repaired vehicle, it is perfect! It looks like the accident never happened. The estimates and time frame are accurate. They do not rush. They do very high quality and professional work. You wont be sorry you chose them.

Brian and Dawn were amazing! Full disclosure, our van ended up being totalled by the insurance company, but Brian went way above and beyond to help us, even when he had nothing to gain. I will definitely use them again in the future.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! We needed a windshield replaced in a work vehicle and called Safelite to start with. The Safelite tech was rude and unpleasant which lead to us looking for another vendor for the work.Dawn with Collision Plus 2 was AWESOME to work with...and as an added bonus the work was completed faster AND cheaper than Safelite.If you need a windshield replaced in the Christiansburg area THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!Great work. Because of their great reputation, I chose Collision Plus to repair my cracked wind shield. They provided excellent service from the front desk to the technicians! I was able to make an appointment fairly quickly and the work done was superior to others.

Insurance paid so I cannot speak to price, but the paint match on the rear quarter panel is flawless, literally the best panel on the car now. There were a handful of loose odds and ends that nobody but a perfectionist like myself would have noticed, but they handled it gracefully and took care of all my concerns without making me feel like a nuisance. Patient, Understanding, Experienced, Knowledgeable, Sympathetic, Helpful just some of the words to describe my not one but 2 recent experiences with Collision Plus 2 on Industrial in Christiansburg, VA. Dawn and Todd are all of the above and more. My daughter goes to school near there and I am 10 hours away. She was rear-ended by someone who disappeared and I had to deal with the insurance nightmare. Dawn and Todd went above and beyond to help get my car fixed and paid for. They know how to deal with insurance nightmares and paranoid parents. The work that was done on my car was amazing and like new. Then the unthinkable happened. Two days later someone else hit my car in the back end in the parking lot where she worked. I couldnt believe it. I immediately called CP2 and Dawn and Todd took care of us again in record time. They do great work and they are the most patient people I have ever NOT officially met. Good customer service is not found much anymore but they have restored my faith that there are good people out there who actually care about their customers and take pride in their work. When the manager Richard answered the phone one time I praised them and told him to give them a raise. Kudos to all who worked on my car, twice. They are masters at their craft. I cannot say enough good things about CP2 and all who work there. Take your car to them!

Body work is expensive and these guys take the time to do it right but theyre not just in it to make a buck. While waiting for my insurance to come back on a deer collision they were willing to pop out a dent that was keeping my door from opening free-of-charge which is more than I can say for a lot of places.

My brand new Jetta had been in a hail storm and had multiple dings on the roof, some on the hood, and trunk lid. They popped all of the dents out, and my car was ready the next day. Very fast service, and now my brand new car looks brand new again!

This was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had with a body shop.. they were so rude and took over a month for a repair that should have taken a week at most! i was told four different times my car would be ready and with every date they gave me they just got more and more rude! if i could give this 0 stars i would! never again will i go here!!

I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle here. I took mine here for some body work after an accident, and from the moment I picked it up it continued to have problems. The ignition would not work, the center display also, and they had to come retrieve the vehicle to fix it. It was later still intermittent. I took it back after a few months because the vehicle had a buckle feeling when the breaks were applied. I was told by the shop they could not find this symptom, which was an outright lie because it was very simple to reproduce, and they recommended I take it to Dodge. What it turned out to be were bolts that held the engine in place, which Collision Plus did not properly secure, and every time the breaks were applied with force the engine shifted. They also put the wrong license plates on the car when they returned it to me. Stay away from these guys.

They did a great job on repairing some minor damage on my wife’s car.
