I came into this store with no idea what I was looking for. I just wanted something comfortable. John C was working and he was so patient with all the questions I had. He had me do a bed match which recommended a Kingsdown mattress. It is the most comfortable mattress I have ever had! While I was there he recommended I get an adjustable base. Now I can read comfortably in my bed while getting a massage. Thank you John for all of your help I am so happy with my purchases!

We told them exactly the price range and type of bed we were looking for and they were able to find the bed that we wanted in less then 10 minutes of entering the store. No hassles. They were very knowledgeable about their inventory and the warrenty process as well as how to dispose of existing mattress. They had the bed in stock and we were able to take the bed home that day.

We bought a mattress and Box Spring here a while back and received great service in the store.It was delivered in a timely fashion and served us well.

Went in during the Memorial Day sale, received great customer service at that time. Two days later discovered associate Wanda had made a mistake and ordered a queen mattress instead of a full and had charged me for a queen instead of full. Called and was supposed to be fixed that same day, a full size mattress was delivered that Friday. When I received my bill (as she urged me to open a credit card and no interest charged if paid in full in x months), I was still charged for a queen bed. I called the store and credit card company multiple times and finally resolved to file fraudulent charges before this was fixed. Then in October, I began receiving bills from credit card again. As of today (February) Im still having to fight and threaten credit card company with filing fraudulent charges as this is reporting on my credit when it has been paid in full for the appropriate charges since July 2019. Dont go to either store in Christiansburg, and definitely dont open a credit card with them!!

Came in for the July 4 deals on mattresses. We worked with John who was both informative and relaxed, letting us try mattresses and ask questions at our pace. He was also very accommodating for our three boys who confused mattress store with trampoline park. We went to other stores before this store and had to deal with used car level of sales people. This place was the opposite, which is why we ended up purchasing several mattresses from them.

Both Trey and John were very knowledgeable, personable, and very easy to work with. They know what they’re talking about and patiently took the time with us to professionally guide us to the right mattress and pillow choices for us.

We had the best experience here! We went to several stores and decided to buy at this store. John C was very helpful I had no idea what I was looking for. He had me do the bed match and the beds it recommended were amazing. I decided to purchase a Sealy and an adjustable base! I had no idea the bases they sell were so nice! Now I can get a massage and comfortably watch tv before I go to bed. Next time you go shopping for a bed go to this store and ask for John! He will help you find the most comfortable bed.

John C was excellent to work with. This was our second purchase trip to N Franklin store after our first purchase with John 8-10 weeks earlier. John is knowledgeable about companies and specifics of all mattress designs. Not pushy or hounding. Gives you the options and lets you make your choice on your timeline. Would buy again. Store is clean. Exchange policy is fair. They give you a narrow delivery time the night before and stick to it. Delivery guys were professional. John worked with us for our second orderd delivery after their were some issues with a complicated delivery from our first order.

Easy and efficient!

I stopped in the store after seeing a sign advertising a sale--I needed a mattress for an AirBnB I am starting so I just thought Id see what they had. Less than 20 minutes later I was walking out after having bought a mattress--saving over $150 off the regular price. The salesman Trey W. was very knowledgeable and steered me to a very affordable mattress that they often sold to BnB hosts/owners. A very good shopping experience.

The staff was very friendly, understanding, and helpful. I was able to get a nice mattress super cheap for my college apartment. It was delivered free of charge right to my door. 10/10 service, highly recommended!

We paid $3,000 for a bed. A little over a year later the mattress has sunken in a substantial amount where I sleep and a huge hump has developed in the middle. We go through the warranty process, the inspector approves it, but the manager wont honor it because he says it is slightly discolored in one spot. I was going to buy another bed after they honored this my warranty, but I guess Ill do my homework on other stores before I buy this one. I highly do NOT recommend this store.

After a mix-up on delivery date and mattress size, I finally got the mattress and foundation. Delivery personnel were very professional and courteous. I received both an email and various phone calls alerting me to delivery time. Salesman in the local store was also courteous and professional both at the point of sale and while fixing the mistakes. Mattress itself is very nice so far.
