The manager is amazing. Always helpful. Ive purchased numerous items from here over the years. Theyve always been friendly and more than helpful to accommodate me and my needs. They have name brand items and will work with you and your budget. I recommend this place to anyone.

Was looking everywhere for a mattress that would help my back as my old mattress had springs poping through and have had mattress for 30 plus years, was in need bad since I had back surgery coming up,so went to RAC in. Christiansburg, Va. Every one was so nice and told them my situation y and the lady showed me the mattress she sleeps on and Ive been sleeping 😃 great;! Worst customer service ever! Went there to lease a 75” tv, did all the paperwork and pay my first week payment... I was told that the tv would be deliver at the following week, probably by Tuesday... nope! Then they said Friday, then 4 tuesdays and fridays later no tv, no call from them to give update, nothing. Finally they called on a Wednesday to tell me that the tv was ready to be delivered on the following Saturday, they never showed up so I called to cancel the order, Karen or whatever her name is, told me that she called twice and left voicemails, not true, to verify address and to collect the payment (?) what payment? I paid the first payment the day I setup the account. Then she told me that that covered from that Wednesday when she called me to set the delivery date but now I have to make another payment... what??? How’s that? I haven’t received anything, not even a call from y’all! I said... bad way to do business, I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Again, worst customer service ever! As I’m writing this review I’m heading to Best Buy to buy a new tv, cash price is $500 cheaper than “scam”-a-center, getting a home theater with that.Update: I called last Saturday 8/8/20 to cancel my order/account, now they are playing games with me, I checked online to see if my account has been canceled but SURPRISE! Now I owe them money for a product that was never delivered, I didnt even got to look at other that online. The picture was taking today, 8/10/20. Beware: they are scammers

Dont waste your time. I called 2 months ago to inquire about renting a bed for 1 week. I was told they did not rent for 1 week, only 1 month. I said that was fine. I called today to reserve the bed and the guy told me i COULD rent if for 1 week. I told him i had to call him back, as I had to get some other info. first. When I called back a woman answered and told me the guy i spoke to earlier that same day was WRONG. I had to rent for 3 weeks minimum. I told the woman that it is a shame that the man, representing her company, was WRONG, because of that, i told her I would rent elsewhere as they do not train their staff properly, nor offer any sort of customer service.

After Karen or Kathy, whatever her name was CALLED me about a desktop I inquired about on 4/20/19 at 5:55 pm five minutes before closing she told me That if My son could make it there before 6 that I could do all the paperwork on the phone and he could come pick up the Computer, I asked multiple times if my son neeed his ID to pick up the computer and she said that was fine. My son recently had his wallet stolen so I asked her that and she confirmed.. My son made it to the store in a heartbeat and gave his information and picked his computer... My son said everything was going fine until the employees were bickering in the back making Racial comments about my son and prompted that He now he needed and ID because My son is African American... I called and told them I was on the way to the store to help my son who was confused because I told him he would be fine and I handled everything on the phone. Kathy or Karen proceeded to tell my son and his friend that they had closed 30 minutes ago and had to leave... took his computer and placed it back on the shelf and embarrassed my son whom SHE CONTACTED and then racially profiled.. please Do not support this business.. I plan to address the situation with the town of Christiansburg

I must know is this location a cooperate store? Does anyone know who is over this store? I have never in my life had such aggervation over 12.00 while I am at work,not to mention after speaking with management still recieved another call before my shift is even over. Oh did I mention this is my second payment that is due by the end of today😠😠😠 I know now why people REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! Just know if you choose to buy this phone for 200.00 a month you will not have the features that you would get from a carrier on a contract phone. Would be different if they gave you this information. I am more than in shock by the way they do business,and this is only a portion of my experience😣😣😣
