Be careful to check your bags and receipts after check out. Got my morning items for the work day and didn’t realize when I got to work that they shorted me an item. Tried to call but the number they have for their store but no one will answer.

Ordered from them a couple times through uber eats. They were usually all right, but my last order they just cancelled my energy drink (rather than asking if there was another kind I wanted), meaning my whole order was worthless. I only got it so I could get an energy drink while at work. Why did they take it off my order without contacting me for a substitute? Who knows???

I dont go in, but occasionally stop for gas when I forget what Im about to mention. Three or four times I have been in my truck or office after stopping there and thought, do I smell trash? Yep. The goo that leaks from their trash cans flows freely in the parking lot and you have to step in to get gas. They dont pressure wash, and apparently dont maintain the trash. Just look how gross the parking lot is around the trash cans, or better yet dont. Go across the street or next door.

I was in and out in minutes. The bathroom was clean. Staff is very understanding

I went to 7/11 last week, it was a wonderful experience to me the bathroom was very clean and the store too, staff really helpful and friendlySure I will be back again

Went to the 7/11 on Roanoke Street in Christiansburg this morning. Ordered 10 mini tacos a Roanoke Times and 2 skewers of lemon chicken bites. Clerk tried to charge me 26 dollars Mini tacos are 2 dollars for 10, the Times is 2 dollars. That leaves 22 dollars for the 2 skewers of lemon chicken. Brought this to clerks attention and she just rang everything up the same way again.... insisting that was accurate. Left without being overcharged. Not my first negative experience at this store!

Used to stop here on my way home for a quick bite. It seems that now it has become a place to avoid at all cost. The turn over rate is insane. Nobody they hire stays longer than a month. Every previous employee says management can’t get it right.

Use to stop and get fuel food and cigarettes multiple times a week but here lately when I go in I’ve been receiving very poor service from one of the employees she always has headphones in and ignores when people comes in has what looks like her boyfriend there to concerned to talk to him and not wait on the costumers I hate I have to go else where when I’ve been going here for years I think corporate or the manager should let this girl go because it’s only when she is working it happen her name tag said Chrissy and if this is the type of people y’all hire now I see y’all losing more business and I will now go out of my way to Wilco for better service hope 711 gets it together soon before one bad employee ruins a decent store!

Used To stop at this convenience store every morning on my way to work, staff was always nice and friendly. There is a transsexual working there and hes always been rude, Im a. LGBT friendly but dont tolerate rudeness. This morning, 6:20 am I asked for 3 egg rolls, the guys had an attitude towards me, he threw the box with the egg rolls on the counter and one of them came out... Rude ride rude! Not going there anymore when this guys is working there.

Spent 20 minutes up by the register waiting for taquitos, the cashier ignored me and just kept taking customers walking in the door for gas and then spent my last 15 minutes talking to a girl about trying to get a job where the customer worked. I asked for service before she helped 5 other customers who came in after me. Its not like I was on my lunch break trying to get food or anything...WORST SERVICE EVER!

Employee was high and smelt like weed name tag said Christina kept talking on phone and would not check me out. This was very rude and i will let all my friends know not to come to this place if you are going to have people like that working for you

Cashier smokes in front of the store near the door which is within 50 ft of the gas pumps, is rude, and does not follow dress code. Unless tight jeans and a t shirt are dress code for a chain.. the store is un kept with partially unpacked stock laying in the floor causing a trip hazard and nasty restrooms. Dont go here.

Last time I stop there. The old lady is rude, food isnt ready. She offered to fix wings for the guy behind me after telling me it wasnt time, but it was for everything else. But her boss just walked in.

Beer hotdogs and honey buns what could be better! Avoid the burrito self titled The Bomb I fear thats a future prediction of your bowel movements.

They cant work a Lottery machine. Magdy and the guy working with him didnt know how to process a multi-draw ticket.
