USAA recommended us to this body shop. We were highly impressed with the amazing service we received. Enrique was the service advisor who assisted us during the entire duration while our vehicle was getting repaired. He kept us up-to-date with all of the repairs done to our vehicle. The mechs definitely outdid themselves! The process was expeditious and the repairs were completed a lot earlier than expected. Thank you so so much for taking care of our Jeep and for rebuilding it!!

I want to thank the staff for helping me through the process of having my car repaired. I normally go to other establishments but I was recommended Caliber 2 weeks ago! I should have come earlier and knew how great of service I would get here! It was such a smooth transition from when I first scheduled my appointment until the final day of pick up. Our insurance had sent us there because of their quality service. They guarantee the job they do for a lifetime. The attendants are very professional and left the vehicle like new. Would recommend 💯

When you first walk in they aren’t as welcoming but the quality of work was great! I had a conclusion sensor come on after picking up my car and they were able to get me in to check in out the same day. The only thing I would suggest is make sure you inspect your vehicle prior accepting it. They left cleaning residue on all four of my interior doors and steering wheel that I am still trying to remove in the crevices.

If you got Geicos Insurance dont let them make you to take your car here. I took my car here on june 24 an got it back on july 14 its too much time too much hassle too much of everything an they know that so no I dont recommend.

I’ve never had a repair service that kept me so informed detail by detail daily through text messages. And every status and every turn I would get a text informing me of the next changes and workmanship done I never had to chase down a mechanic for any questions so I was able to focus on my regular life. The work was professional all the people were very very warm friendly and no aspect of it felt shady as typical mechanic experience is most of us know.

Caliber Collision is legit. They quoted me $1250 less than a different shop and returned my car is less than 1 week. Never taking my car anywhere else but there. Great Job guys.

Dropped a tacoma for repair after i got rear ended. got the truck delivered with missing parts unplugged connections, poor quality controll and me fighting with my insurance because they say the part that they refuse to replace wasnt because of the crash when it definitely was. Waist of my time and money.

Yes my car looked great! Once the manager (Rick) and I walked around the car we found a few scratches that were not noted. He he immediately said Don’t worry about it we will cover that for you and asked when I was able to bring it back for repair. Caliber Stands behind their work and warranty that’s why I continue to bring it for fixing here and only here. I appreciate good customer service they provide and great warranty they stand for. My car had damage done to my front and rear bumper. Caliber Collision did a great job with fixing both areas. I interacted with Vicky, who answers the phone, and with Linda, who did my estimate. Both ladies were very personable and had excellent customer service. Linda was very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything that needed to be done, as well as very thorough, pointing out areas that I completely missed. Additionally, they gave me a ride home, and offered to pick me up when my car was finished. That is a service that I truly appreciate. Lastly, Linda was able to provide me with additional information that I asked for. Between the great customer service, the excellent work, and the great atmosphere, I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for all your repair needs!

Mr. Lee truly cares about his customers! He went out of his way to fix all the dents and scratches I had on my car! I am very satisfied with the work that he did as my car looks brand new after the repair. I also did not have to deal with insurance at all as Mr. Lee took care of everything. They had to repair my 2016 F150 it took them a very long time because there is only a few certified shops in San Diego.More disappointment came come from them promising to touch up a scratch that wasn’t part of the damage. They said as a curtesy.I had to bring the truck back they said it would take a couple of hours! They were done in ten minutes! They left my truck looking horrible!! My five year old could paint it better!! wish I could share my pictures! Stay away!!!!

Repaired my car window and repainted my door yes. But there are defects in the paint. Running my fingers through new paint job and I can feel a rough spot. Poor QA. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT, created new damage that they denied was their doing not charted on their pre-repair inspection but tried to explain it away anyway. ALL MILITARY PERSONNEL STAY AWAY. USAA preferred but not reliable. I would not recommend this place at all.

To be honest I am shocked that this place has such a high rating. Maybe its cause their employees ask for good ratings (like ours did) even though he had terrible customer service.First off, they said they would have our car back the following tuesday and that they will call us on monday to let us know the status. WE had to call THEM 20 minutes before they closed to get the word. He then told us we can get it on thursday and he will call us. AGAIN, we called them prior to close. He says that they wanted to keep it til Friday. At this point we are almost a full week behind schedule and thats only cause we were proactive. Imagine if we didnt call!Then we go to pick it up and he says that the trunk is fixed and it all works. Wake up today to realize the trunk mechanism he said he fixed is still broken. Ya we should have checked in front of him but clearlu they cant do their jobs right. We now may have to pay out of pocket to fix it ourselves even though we got hit!Thanks for absolutely nothing Caliber Collision on Broadway.

Amazing people amazing service

Got an estimate one day and set up an appointment two days later to get my car repaired. A day after I drop off the car they call me to say they cant do the repair. Had to return my rental car and look for another option. Complete waist of time. gave them two stars because they had free coffee ☕️
