I chose CVAB because they worked with my insurance and right from the start Pedro was on it! He was communicative with me, and very friendly. Here, they always answer the phone and get back to you in a timely manner. My car was done on time and it WAS PERFECT! My wife was in a rear end collision about 2 weeks ago and I decided to take our car to Chula Vista Auto Body. Carlos is one of their painters and did an amazing job. We picked up the car today and was very impressed with the attention to detail. The color matching was spot on. This place has been in business for a long time and this is the reason why is because they want their customers to be satisfied and I am. I highly recommend them.

My parents were on their way home to Oregon and their car was hit crossing the border. This shop fixed their car and got it safe to drive. They charged us a better than fair price. The bathrooms and waiting area are spotless!! About 4 different people offered us coffee, bottled water, soda. If you are looking for friendly, clean and great prices this is the shop to go to. My Car was damaged at Soapy Joe’s car wash in Bonita a week ago. After running the car through the car wash, there was evident damage done to the paint on the rear passenger side, above the tire. The paint had long and wide scuff marks and some scratches. Soapy Joe’s refused to take responsibility. They wouldn’t even let me see camera videos to show that my car was not damaged prior to washing it.I took my car to Chula Vista Autobody. José took care of the problem in less than 20 minutes at NO COST! He polished/detailed my car and left it looking brand new. José was very understanding and professional. Avoid this place at all cost. The owner is absolutely full of himself. Acts like you should be honored to be at his shop. As if he doesnt know there are a thousand other repair shops in town. And the work was only so-so. Ive had better results from other shops. It wasnt even my car and I was disappointed in the finished product. Save yourself GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Great place to take your car, they will make you feel comfortable if you have to wait and then get you in and out promptly. I was happy to see the wonderful work they did after my car was rear ended, they washed and vacuumed my car and fix my blinker that needed a bulb for free. They were amazing this shop I will continuously go to if I have any body damage issues.

Car came back with little things that werent wrong when we left it to hemline the seats, ran different And new scratches on the opposite side where it was fixed....also the work done was so overcharged, makes u wonder if they are in a deal with the insurance.

I have taken my car here twice now for body work. The staff are really nice and straightforward.They did a very good job both times and were very thorough. They are an express shop for my insurance company which made the whole process very quick and painless. I did not have to schedule a convenient time for adjusters to come and assess the damage, I just dropped the car off and picked it up a week later when it was done. The first time I came was due to vandalism which caused my door to clip the body frame every time I opened it. They were very thorough, fixing everything which could be affected by this damage (window seal, wheel well, door frame, front bumper, etc.) They really made sure to do the job right. The second time I came in was for a scratch on the door. They did an excellent paint job, the car looks brand new!
