He explained things very well and he s very knowledgeable, professional, very courteous and very kind. He took good care of my car. He gave me quote, very reasonable. I agreed and he ordered the parts. I came back again for labor and got again my car very clean and in great condition. They washed my car. I got rear ended on my first day of school and even though the situation was super inconvenient, Evan made it as easy as possible to deal with. Super professional and goes above and beyond for his customers, he even made it really easy when enterprise car rental forgot to pick me up from the shop and he drove me himself. Along with his superb team, they run the business smoothly and efficiently as possible.

It been over 1 month since they should have had my estimate ready for State Farm. They have been called multiple times (6x) and keep saying they will have the estimate ready and submited on the following day. No work ethnics or responsibility beeing taken in this shop. Avoid!
I recommend you try a different shop. They went through my glove box, center console and one of their employees stole an expensive iPhone adaptor from my car. Won’t be going back.

I had got into a accident and I took my car to the closet place to me that my insurance suggested. I should’ve checked the reviews before I agreed for them to take my car. Now the job they did was good. They didn’t put somethings back together like they should’ve but it wasn’t hard for me to do it on my own. The reason why I dislike this place and would never recommend to anybody not even my worse enemy is because they’re lack of communication with the customer. There is absolutely none what so ever. They estimated my car to be in the shop for only two weeks. So they could fix my driver side door. It took them a month to complete there service. I’m not really mad that it took them longer because I get it stuff happens but they never gave me a call to inform me on the problem when it came up they’d tell me the week of pick up when I’d call in to see what day my car would be finished and that’s when I’d get the bad news and it was very annoying and a inconvenience of course.
Very unhappy after picking up my vehicle after they had tried returning it without its spare tire. All four of my personalized air valve caps were stolen and the manager had nothing to say after confirming someone did take them.
Bad first empression. Still waiting on my front end repairs. Bad follow through. We havent even gotten a follow-up call.

He has an open line of communication with the customer so he always keeps you informed and up to date with your vehicles repairs and status. Bad quality job, after 2 months went bad and didnt want to honor warranty. Plus they took more than 1 month to send the estimate.Also when I got my car back the steering wheel was nasty with grease.If you are using Insurance just choose some else.
Popped right in and Sean Duggan zoomed to the rescue identifying and fixing my problem in minutes! Other repairmen from different shops sent me on a wild goose chase around town saying I need new parts. 10/10 would get Seans help again!

So after about 4 weeks of trying to get my vehicle repaired, I gave up. It took them two plus weeks to realize they hadnt ordered the parts and then another 2 of ignored calls and failures to get called back to get an appointment. Obviously asked to forward the issue to a manager only to be told that the person taking care of my vehicle was the manager. Should have read the reviews before selecting this repair shop. I would definitely suggest AVOIDING this place, unless you like wasting a month of your life...

Im going to give it 4 stars because in the end the quality of the work performed deserves 5, but they have organizational issues. If you take your car, just expect a few bumps in the road before you get your car back. Great work though.
Im going to give this place 3 stars, for a very specific reason. The work done to the car was top notch. They replaced my rear bumper in 4 days which was great, and the work that they did looks OEM. Great paint job, no issues with the finished product. They even went out of their way ( I assume) and detailed the car prior to giving it back to me. I have absolutely no complaints on the work that this shop puts out.Account management/Follow up. This is the downfall of this establishment. This is the part of the story where I introduce you to Ron. Ron, from the very beginning, seemed to have no sense of urgency which came off a bit odd to me. I really wish I had good things to say but I just dont. He wrote me a quote which was great and after coming back to drop my car off, he seemed to have lost the original information form that I had filled out on my first visit. After I handed the keys over and left the car, I called in 3 times for an update. I didnt just leave a pair of shoes to be fixed, no no, I left a $30,000.00 vehicle in the hands of this shop. I called for an update and was not able to get him on the line so I was told I would get a call back. That call never came so I called again. This time, he was at his desk and after holding for him to go grab my file, he came back and told me that he needed to look at the car because the repairs were ongoing, and that he would call me with an update on the car and when to come pick it up. This call never came either. I called in the next morning for an update and again, Ron was not available. I called again and got him on the line and he said that the car was done, he just had to check it to make sure the repairs looked good, and that he would call me back to confirm that it was ready for pick up. 1 hour passed, then 2 and no call so I decided to just make my way to the shop to either see what the hold up was or pick the car up. I got there and he came out to show me the car and the repairs and after paying and processing everything, I drove off in my car looking just about as good as the day that I drove it off the dealers lot.Again, the paint and body work was top notch, but if you decide to take your car here, try to get paired up with someone other than Ron. I work in account management and his level of customer service is just not where it needs to be.

Customer be aware do not have this body shop fix anything! I was given a dishonest quote they are not trust worthy. Ron is money hungry and will fix anything to not go over the 50% on your insurance and keep the money I was able to take my car away from them after a 9,000 dollar quote from Fuller Collision and took it to caliber collision were they know what they are doing and my car was considered un repairable by my insurance big difference. Fuller collision has no regard for your safety or your familys ! Safe your life and your family
Horrible experience full of missed deadlines and wrong parts. Was promised a one day job and after having the car 48hrs was not completed. Manager was unprofessional and would only blame parts department which of course was another location. I should have looked at reviews before going to this business. They definitely earned there 2 star average.

They will be more than happy to do terrible work with less than materials then give you attitude when you voice your displeasure.After returning three times and having been told numerous stories and excuses as to why parts were literally falling from my car, I was finally told (after being cursed at) my car was having all these problems because they decided to use aftermarket parts instead of factory quality parts. In other words, now my car is far more dangerous to drive as the safety rating will not be what it was with these cheap parts. A high safety rating was my main reason for buying this particular car.In summary: if you value your safety and time, do not come here because they could literally care less about either. Very rude employees who do poor, subpar work.All my statements are 100% factual and can easily be backed up by emails, camera footage, and phone records.Update: my insurer Geico is placing this location under review for poor performance and customer service and rightly so.Hopefully Geico will no longer let their name be dragged down by this location and their abysmal reviews from the customers they are meant to serve.
The paint and body work was excellent, looked brand new! However, BEWARE!!!take before and after pictures. several internal engine compartment plastic parts were missing. i had to argue with them and prove, with pictures, that some of the plastic engine covers in the engine bay had disappeared. and that the toyota emblem had not been replaced. which was clearly listed as part of the parts list that was paid for by insurance. i am not sure this was deliberate, or they wanted to sell on ebay. Beware!!!also, there was some small front bumper plastic vents that had broken, the sales people promised they would sched a repair. they never called back. the part was minor to me. and i preferred not to have to deal with them again. so BEWARE!!!

Did some insurance work for me and my car looks like nothing ever happened to it. and the detail job they did before they gave it back to me makes me want to have them detail my car every week. My car looks like new.
2 months for the car to be delivered to me, well they still do not give it to me, the first month they already gave it to me and when it was 10 minutes from arriving they tell me that 2 pieces were missing that arrive in 1 month more ... day and I go for the car to give me the keys, the lights did not work for 2 days and they still have no information about what happens .. Incredible !!! ahhhh apart there is another piece missing that did not arrive and they do not know when they talk to me for what I took them the car hahaha well if they give it to me these days 😠😠😠
One month for my car to be delivered to me because the part did not arrive from Acura and I was the one who called Acura to press my part for my car instead of them doing it malllllllll customer service maloooooo maloooooo malooooooo I would not return nor do I recommend it.
