Quick no hassle would recommend. I was asked to text a pic of the chip (or whatever u want a quote on) to Carlos and then u set up an appointment. I showed up early which made waiting 10-15 past my appointment time slightly bothersome but would go back in the future if I needed to. The photo is of the chip once it was filled.

The big chain gave me a price, then called back and said my car was too old! I called Sergio at Auto Glass international and he did it no problem. And cheaper than the chain price! Left front drivers door window on a 1991 Lexus LS400.
