Loved my experience here! David was super nice and patient with me. He helped me come up with a financing plan that worked for me. They even offered to help my credit! They washed and filled the tank before I left. Im very happy with this purchase and if I need to return someday I will! It was hard to find a place that would finance with me since Im building my credit, but they worked with me to get a down payment that I could swing with. Very happy overall.

Wouldn’t recommend this place, save up your money to buy a used car out right. None of their inventory is priced on the website because it’s all overpriced. Instead of them actually helping you they put you in more debt. Your basically paying them to help you. And in the end it will totally f you over. Think about what your getting yourself into before thinking this buy here pay here is the right idea. It’s not. Yes they can get you approved but for the money you will be spending monthly I guarantee you’ll regret it. Many ways to fix your credit, like I said save your money and buy a car outright. Don’t waste your time here. The cars aren’t that great.

I brought a car here had a problem with it, they referred me to the service department, the service department was rude and and didn’t take care of the problem. I took the car back 2 times for the same problem, they Continue to tell me it was something that it was not. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Every time I talked to the person that sold me the car he would say we going to take care of it and he will call me back but he never did a person that does not speak English will call me and we got no where or the service department will call and treat me like it was my fault that the car they sold me broke down. I didn’t have the car a week before I start have problems and when I reach I to the finance manager she was rude as well she told me to call my insurance company even though it’s only been 3 days since I had the car. I wish I could give them zero stars .

Scam dealership stay away I reported these guys to the Better Business Bureau as well as the authorities sooner or later they will get shut down this is one big scam of a dealership stay away they seem nice at first but that’s how they get you don’t fall for it they are definitely bad guys I don’t recommend them to my worst enemy I purchased a vehicle from them and that was the biggest mistake of my life

I purchased a vehicle here a few weeks ago with Maggie. She was great. Process was easy. A day after I bought the vehicle my check engine light came on. I figured, maybe it could be something minor? I called the service dept to go in and have it checked because it was still under warranty. They scheduled me for an apt two weeks from the date I called. I brought my car into service for them to tell me they have to replace a part and I won’t have my vehicle for 3 days. 3 days go by and now something different is wrong and I have to wait another 3 days. The way everyone who works for this company is handling this is extremely unprofessional. I understand that it is no ones “fault” that the car has issues. However, someone needs to take accountability for selling me a car with issues and understand how much of an inconvenience this Is for me. They refuse to do anything for me besides tell me to wait it out. Bad business. Poor service. And they clearly are selling vehicles that have issues.I would recommend taking your money elsewhere unless you want to buy a car just to leave it in the service shop for a week.

I really dislike Auto Warehouse! IF your 3 days LATE on payment they will shut your car off!I feel like I signed a contract with the devil!I had the car for 6 days and it was something wrong with the vehicle.

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I bought a 2011 Chrysler Town & Country from these con artists and within 2 weeks my car began to break down! The alternator broke down first, then the transmission, and now the motor. They refuse to take the car back and Im stuck making payments for a $14,000 car that I cant drive!!!!!

I had a fantastic experience. Prior to my visit, I was being faced with constant loan rejection because I was new to the process as a liability. However with the help of Christian, Itzel, and Maggie I was able to get a deal on a car and then some! They helped secure the car when it seemed unlikely and lower the payments. Of course I’ll give them 5 stars although they deserve more.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They worked with us with a low payment down and average/bad credit. We are younger and they didn’t treat us as if that was the case.
