I had so many questions each one they took their time to answer and helped me feel comfortable making is big financial decision. Alejandra and the other ladies here are so sweet to work with and friendly. The cars that I’ve seen here and the one I purchased are clean and have features you want. The manager Jorge was hands on and friendly. I walked out with a vehicle and insurance in a very nice and affordable package.

After explaining my concerns, I was contacted by the Customer Service Manager Yesmin, who took good care of me and cleaned up house with a professional crew. I was able to get the Car Repairs I needed in good time and was well informed the whole time. I thank Yesmin and the team for listening.

This place will set you up with payments as high $400-500 every two weeks they don’t care if you can’t pay it, they just your down payment so they can get there commission cause they’ll just recover the car if you can’t pay it. You can be paying $650 a month and literally only $150 of that goes toward your principal and the rest is for insurance/gap coverage/ and loss you wage insurance. They not let me bring my own insurance which every other car place allows. You have to get there insurance which is going to charge to twice as much as a normal premium would. Don’t go here.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. This whole place is a rip off, rude service, EXTREMELY unprofessional. Do not trust them because they will end up stealing your money.

Do not purchase the CPI with them, it’s bs! I will be filing a former complaint with the Illinois department of Insurance as well as any civil lawsuit possible. They told me I am not allowed to get my personal property from my car because I have to pay the $500 Deductible for the total loss of my vehicle. Basically holding my property hostage. When I pay them I get my stuff back. The state don’t even do that when they tow cars. I hope they have licensed agents if not they sold me a policy under false pretenses. I hope you guys are following state regulations as well. Guess will wait and see!

Great service from victor i got in in out wth in 3 hours

Words cant describe how much hypocrisy was going down at this location... My wife was inquiring about a car to drive Lyft in... The sales representative was overly and wrongfully informed of what my wifes needs were.. So after two hours of being stubborn she softened and asked my wife questions first... Then when my wife was no longer interested in the vehicle, they decide to pull her credit numerous times anyway and almost two hours after we left the location... Never purchase a vehicle off of Cicero or in the town of Cicero!!!...

Terrible service. I wish I can honestly give them NO STARS. THEY sell Lemons here. From the moment I purchased my car it was in the mechanic shop. Carmen Flores said it was under warranty with them so they took it to there mechanic shop but it was never fixed. I asked multiple times if they can fix vehicle but nothing was ever done. So now Im paying for a car that I do not even use. Bad Business!!
