I walked in with an incompatible phone for my service SIM card, (*Google Fi), and I only had $70 to spend on any phone that is unlocked/accepts Google Fi SIM card.Not only did the gentlemen ask the correct questions in effort to find a solution, he offered information on another (different) service to suggest paying less than what I do for Google Fi. Good man.After taking a barrage of customers walking in, he did his best to unlock my locked phone but with a back and forth of information exchange, we struck a deal to exchange my locked 2017 J7 phone & $70 for a brand new, fully functional coolpad phone, capable of working my Google Fi SIM card, enabling me to get back to work as a courier.This place also sells used & probably refurbished laptops as well as other phones.Ill probably come back to purchase a laptop top.Hes willing to negotiate and understand your needs and provide you with the best solution to his skills and assets at hand.Thank you!!!

I brought my phone here with a lot of problems, it was constantly going to “no service” and not working. I was told by the apple store the mother board was bad and it couldn’t be fixed. Joel replaced the chip in my phone, the battery, and the camera stabilizer. The camera stabilizer was difficult for him to fix but he got it done. I’m so happy to have my phone back. Joel is great at what he does and provides good customer service. Very friendly. Will definitely return.

I take my iPhone here to replace screen and then battery every good with screen battery it’s still not work I pay for and I all ready take two times . Not working
