Wes did a great job fixing my phone after it had froze and I explained it was brand new and the back could not be removed for the battery. I almost thought I had to get a new phone but he knew the issue right away he is definitely a young professional. 💯💯

I visited this Metro PCs yesterday evening and was greeted by sales associate Liliana D, she was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the promotions and was professional, and made sure I was content with the plan + phone I purchased . I’m glad I switched to Metro and im thankful for quality customer service like the one Liliana provided :)
This particular MetroPCS has been one of the best, if not the best metro I have been to as far as customer service is concerned. I had came in with a already existing line of my own and wants and two other lines, it was done within less than 30 minutes and we had two new phones. Abigail was very sweet and continue to focus on customer service the entire visit. Definitely will return thank you!

As a costumer I expect to have a good experience, after seeing all the reviews now I understand why leticias name comes up so much, i went to the store for the offer of two free phone I was nicely greeted and a young lady approached me and my boyfriend as we talked about promotions I noticed another girl that was around was just listening to our conversation it made me feel uncomfortable so I asked the girl helping me and she explained me she was there to make sure they do their job! As a costumer I felt very uncomfortable I could only imagine as an employee how that feels I felt watched as if I was in jail!! Then I over heard the manager how rudely she asked if she asked me about adding a 3rd line when she had asked but I only needed 2. A costumer goes there for services not to feel watched and to see how poor they treat and make the employees Feel. My mom was a regular costumer there and referred me with Kimberly Guerrero which the rep who helped me told me isn’t longer there. I won’t be coming back here. Feel bad for the employees there as I work in retail and when we mess up we talk about it after our costumer leaves or at the end of the day not in front of the Costumer, that’s rude. Work on better management skills.
Ive been having service with Metro for a while so does my family, service I can’t complain but this specific location it’s very not professional, I was greeted like I am every time I’ve gone by the representative there was no people the day I went, I was the only costumer and the two girls were very nice (Paulina and Abigail) they greeted me I told them I had metro I was looking forward to upgrade and add a line for my son but at the moment I was only there because I was waiting on my Uber if I could stay there for 3 minutes since it was very cold outside and raining, the manager (Leticia) which she didn’t give me her name, told me I had to leave that I couldnt stay there for 3 minutes, I told her I was an existing costumer, she rudely told me I had to leave I went ahead and asked Abigail to open my account I saw how the employees looked at each other embarrassed, so she went on and check my account literally for nothing because I had already said I wasn’t going to buy anything but I guess the employees are so scared of that lady. I was given the managers card (Gilbert) and her card (Leticia) very inefficient and rude costumer service from her. As if she’s never been a costumer somewhere. RUDE. She needs better management skills if she can’t with her attitude then that job obviously isn’t for her. I love my service just not costumer service from people like her.

My name is Kim I worked there for a couple months over all great store to shop at you are guaranteed the best customer service specially if you’re working with Abby, Miguel, Jonathan, Christian and Lisa ! Management was the biggest issue during my time there, employees running minutes late due to emergencies and than having to receive an email from management or having the side talk as if we are children, but however it’s okay for them to be late with out no warnings or any side talks (unfair treatment due to positions)Also I quit due to they’re lack of care for their sales people and NOT TALKING ABOUT SALES LEADS which in fact Salvador was the best one there :)(he’s now gone too due to improper buisness setup ) Most of my team members agreed that our other sales lead person could be more knowledgeable (jasmine) and more efficient with how she helps her sales people however when we mentioned the problem to our AM Leticia she would find the run around and not help, but yet complained how we would help each other (sales people) and not go to her first.. anyways after trying various of times to reach corporate due to the way they treated me here’s my review and also main reason why I quit is because my loved one passed away and I came to work with a bun, not to mention it was a super close relative I was told to fix my self up as if I came into the store looking a hot mess mind you I had a neat bun overall, but the main issue with that was that as I walked in to try and fix what ms.letty called messy I saw that ms.jasmine had a messy bun ! Anyways if corporate or anyone happens to see this and wants to make an inquiry about this review I have not made any false accusations and do have the pictures to back it up :)Thank you!
Our sales associate Kimberly was the best person EVER!!! She was super approachable and went above and beyond with the customer service. She was patient, helpful, and sooooo friendly. If I have to refer anyone to any metro pcs for anything it will definitely be this one.

I do not recommend it. I changed to the subway and in the plan they put me in insurance and although I told them I did not want insurance on the phones and without telling me, today I went to lower the plan and they told me how they would do it. that they want; as if they paid for everything ..
