Horrible!!! who doesn’t expect PPO BCBS ??? Lazy people just don’t want to work

My mother went 5 times during the first 3 months to complain about the bifocal part on her glasses. The bifocal part of her glasses were done crooked. They never helped her or sent back the glasses to get fixed. She had a lot of eye pain and would be very uncomfortable. It got to the point where she tool it to two other eye doctors for them to verify why she had so much pain In her left eye. Well the doctors confirmed the bifocal on her left eye was crooked. After a year I finally went back with her to speak to a manager and all he offered was a 10% discount on a new pair of glasses (64, Hispanic male).It was a manufacturer issue and nothing was done. Worst customer service. Work for the patients to ensure their glasses are comfortable not to just have a job.These glasses cost $400 and were not covered by insurance because she needed to call and fax her own paperwork to be reimbursed.

It’s honestly not good having to get off work to come shopping to get bad customer service. I asked a employee which direction for the infant department she respond I’m not clocked in yet and didn’t give me the info speedily walking through the store worst experience today

The wait wasn’t too bad about 20 minutes, the lady that takes pictures of your eyes was nice and the doctor was pleasant and quick.

Sad because I have been calling for 3 weeks trying to set an appointment for eye exam, but to no avail.

I was calling up to checking up to see the status of my glasses that I ordered but didn’t noticed I dialed the wrong Walmart vision centered until the lady answered. She was being very rude when I was asking her. I never say bad reviews about anything but I had to just write about this one . How rude do you have to be ? Literally you have yourself in that position, don’t be mean mugging.. you choose to be there.

I just want to start by saying Angelece was very professional and knowledgable and she helped me to get very best ability, I wish I only had to deal with her during my experience but unfortunately I had to deal with the very rude eye doctor. He never told me his name, I felt very uncomfortable during the eye exam, he was not welcoming at all, he had a very commanding tone when talking to me, and I literally had to ask him his name...this vision center really suck! He literally gets customers because he take most insurance

Terrible custom service. They say glasses will be ready in a certain time frame but they are not. Have to constantly call to check to see if they are in. Lazy workers. I have used other Walmart vision center in the past this is by far the worst one. Why am I waiting 2 weeks for glasses with a minimum prescription of .25. Don’t go to this Walmart vision center.

Brought my 5 year old son here for his Kindergarten vision screen. Dr. Hermanson was not very child friendly after waiting over an hour to be seen. I ended up taking him to the Eye Institute to see a pediatric optometrist, which resulted in my son’s prescription being .75 lower than what the other optometrist prescribed. I don’t understand why they serve children if they aren’t going to cater to the needs of the children. The staff isn’t very friendly. No one asks how they can help you they just have you wait around. If I didn’t have to get my son’s prescription adjusted, I would just walk out.

Staff was friendly and doctor was really good.

Dr. Daniel Hermanson is very thorough and takes the time to answer your questions concerning your eye health. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!!

Im just waiting to get my glasses fixed but i wont be coming back here you have to wait like 5 minutes in the front next for them to attend you smh they have lines of peoplw waiting

Rude employees who seem to want to do anything to avoid helping customers. Also a very uninformed dr. Go anywhere else!

Genina has the worst customer service. Systems always down, and now they lost my insurance info and tells me well just come bk for a 4th time. Unprofessional and rude.
